This is truly the greatest news I've heard in quite some time!

I just visited Jim's forum, which previously he kept in great condition all the time (removing spam and other unwanted posts very quickly). Now, his "Health" forum is completely filled with spam of every imaginable description, all posted between 10/11 and 10/13.

Hopefully this is indicative that he has been taken into custody on the basis of the warrant issued in the federal fraud case, but of course is not conclusive. Still, it's worth watching and checking into a bit.

I'll update the forum when I find out one way or the other.

Having looked at the indictment, Demo, I'd guarantee that it will be superceded by one leading off with a conspiracy count. This indictment only alleges a single victim. As I'm sure Demo knows, that's what the gov't uses just to get an arrest warrant.

Jim probably sold his Canadian jailers "shares" in the money currently being held by the IMF, World Bank, US Treasury and other entities on behalf of his good self---he just needs another $5 million to release what must be at least a trillion by now!

And the last entry in the docket is still the arrest warrant, issued September 12, 2007 - coming up on 3.5 years.

At this point, it's hard to believe that he has actually been in Canadian custody for a year. Canada-US extradition doesn't take anywhere near that long (at least it didn't, last I knew).
