Tom Crawfraud said that Ebert had a big win recently - anyone know anything more ?
I presume the win will be along the same lines as Tom's own win

I expect its the usual garbage. A minor delay in court somehow equals a win. I guess you have to take your victories where you find them. I"m surprised he was allowed into court to be fair, given his vexatious litigant status.
It would seem his website is also succumbing to the tumble weed, having not been updated in some considerable time.

Is Mr Ebert banged up or dead? Anyone out there know?KingLud wrote: Going by the "Boom!!!1!!" at the end of the comment I suspect this is a piss take name but I was under the impression that Ebert had died. I'm sure I read somewhere last year that he had passed away.

This is the last appearance I can recall. Ceylon also posted a video from one of their meetings saying he had won an eviction case around the same time.

I'm pretty sure he died last year. I did wonder why people were still bringing his name up.

He seems to have passed away without a trace. It wasn't while at HM's pleasure in Pentonville by any chance? He was in solitary confinement there 3 years ago as far as I know.

Nobody remembers them after they stop posting or acting out. They just drop off the earth. Eldon Warman, a giant amongst Canadian freemen, died six months ago and, as far as I can tell, absolutely nobody noticed until I recently found his obituary. I had no suspicion he was dead, I was just checking to find out what he was up to. Same with your British idiots. Who's given a thought to Tom in the past six months?

Re: Thumbs out for the UK's Mr Ebert
It seems the rumours of Mr Ebert's death are very much exaggerated as there is a FOI request from him dated 24 Oct 2017. https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... ourt_rec_6
Unless he passed away in the last 6 weeks, that is.

That is very odd. I'm convinced I've read about his death somewhere on Quatloos (quoting one of the loony sites) but I have to admit I did a search and couldn't find it

Interesting that they are all jumping on the "Urgent Verification of Court Records Required By The Ministry Of Justice" bandwagon. MoJ has numerous examples, all recent and following the same template. Someone must be Patient Zero in this epidemic of folly, wonder who?He Who Knows wrote:It seems the rumours of Mr Ebert's death are very much exaggerated as there is a FOI request from him dated 24 Oct 2017. https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... ourt_rec_6
Pleasing to see MoJ ignoring or vexing these wasteful fishing expeditions anyway, and ICO will certainly not fault them for that.

I had a look for Ebert but could find no report of him passing away. Are we thinking of Patrick Cullinane?King Lud wrote:That is very odd. I'm convinced I've read about his death somewhere on Quatloos (quoting one of the loony sites) but I have to admit I did a search and couldn't find it
