So the evening post asked for their inaccurancies apart from the fact I'm 99% sure there are more here is what I wrote to them.

Hi Notts Post..... how refreshing that you are interested in the inaccuracies, a most welcome reply from you. here goes.

The crown court judge in the rooftop 7 case in Jan could NOT get the warrant that was apparently used to steal our home, what they brought to the table was NOT a court document, in fact the judge physically held what was purported to be a warrant, aloft and proclaimed to the entire room that it was not a court issued document.

A legitiment document was needed to evict my family, The same judge ordered the warrant to be given to him from the Nottingham county court by police escort for 8 days in the end, it never came! so where is it? and why aren't you reporting on these FACTS, if a real warrant exsisted it would have been waved in our faces on day 1!!!! it hasnt been for a reason, because this whole thing is fraud and theft and they are covering it up and by you not reporting fairly on it you to are aiding them!

My father has been asking for 2 years to see this warrant, its been requested in writing 8 times, by not supplying it they are in breech of the cpr rule, it has been requested that they replied in good time to show my parents it, so they could seek legal advice, this they failed to do. why is the question you should be asking the court! and reporting on the facts and truth.

Since when has a victim of a crime been a campaigner? My father Mother and family are VICTIMS of a crime, he isn't trying to campaigne, They are trying to get the justice they are entitled to.

Why is the evening post posting the addesses of innocent people out yet again?from the roof top people, all of which were found NOT GUILTY on ALL charges?? including aggrivated tresspass.......ohhhh I wonder why that was? BECAUSE WE OWN THE HOUSE YOU CANNOT TRESSPASS ON YOUR OWN LAND!

Out of interest Nottingham Post, Do you NOT want my family to get their stolen home back or something? do you support theft? Why are you so one sided and biased?

You say my fathers posessions were removed, actually my entire familys were and stolen which is against the tort interference with goods act 1977 (another LAW they have broken, which is just the tip of the iceberg in the laws they have disregarded!)

My father also did NOT say he locked himself in OUR home yesterday, he did indeed get back into our home, he reclaimed his property for the reasons mentioned in the video he posted yesterday and I shared within this post futher up, the one you decided not to include in this article.

My Father Tom Crawford required doctments that he and my mother ARE entitled to and should have been given, however to date the bank and the Nottingham county court are refusing and the only way forward is for him to be heard in front of a jury of 12 good men and women to judge the rights and the wrongs of my mother ad fathers case, hence his action yesterday I see you did not report on this fact and his reason for doing so, or what he was asking for, why?

If he is incorrect he will face the punishment and he is more than willing to walk away and never bring this case to court again if he looses! So surly this is a good thing?

Should my father not be charged with what was agreed by the police negotiator yesterday ( March 29th 2016) and a sergeant, and infront of the general public that were present,( which was a criminal charge, which means he is able to be heard by a jury) it will be definite proof that there is a conspiracy between the bank courts and the police and they are with holding justice from my family.

No mention again from you about what my father was asking for paperwork wise to prove a debt was owed and what they were doing was lawful, all items my parents are entitled to, yet you decided not to bother reporting it? why? BECAUSUE THEY DO NOT EXSIST, BECAUSE NO DEBT IS OWED. MY FAMILY HOME HAS BEEN STOLEN Literally taken illegally and unlawfully from us, not only for these reasons I am covering now, but many many more!

Why are they also NOT charging my father or the previouse roof top people with trespass if it is not his property??

We also DO NOT HAVE protesters, we have SUPPORTERS these people have seen a crime happen infront of their eyes, and understand it is wrong and becasue they attend OUR home you lable them protestors, no, they are supporting us, nothing more.

You say bailiffs attened our home, Completely untrue, NO BAILIFF ATTENDED OUR HOME ON EVICTION DAY. on eviction day the warrant was never executed, no warrant exists, to have a properly executed warrant the first thing that must happen is the bailiffs must identify themselves to the occupier, failure to do so is a breech of the CPR rules and the criminal procedure rules, the bailiffs Must Identify themselves to the occupier, his name MUST be on the warrant and the name must be the name of the appointed bailiff.

Even if another bailiffs was carrying the warrant he could be arrested, as he is not the appointed bailiff, failure to abide by the rules is a 7 year prison sentence, this is all under the courts and criminals act which is a LAW.

Under the same act any person purporting to be carrying a court document ie a warrant, that has come from a court once again is a criminal offence on indictment, 7 years in jail, this is why when Mr Crawford requested from the bailiff to identify himself and show the warrant the bailiff said nothing turned around and basically ran off, as can CLEARLY be seen on the eviction video WHICH CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN IN THIS VIDEO AT 15.05 MINTUTES

Mr Crawford asked the police to arrest the fake bailiff and the police officer in reply to my father said "I don't understand that part of the law" Mr Crawford said "he is getting away and you are failing to do your duty" No police officers on that day were willing to stop a crime from happening and" I don't understand the law " from a police officer will NOT suffice, and nor should it, when a family have had their home unlawfully torn from them robbed, assaulted and all their worldly goods taken from them, not to mention the human rights laws totally broken knowing my grandmother had recently passed away and was lying in the morgue at that very moment! again LAWS very easy to find out about and see were broken and that My family ARE VICTIMS OF A CRIME.

To this date no legitimate warrant has been served, seen or given to the Crawfords. so no warrant was executed, because of this, no eviction could have lawfully taken place, 3 Fearn Chase, Carlton Nottingham NG4 1DN is in fact a crime scene. Why are you not asking the police why they are not investigating these documents and what we are saying?

7 people did not say they were not guilty, in the rooftop trial case, 2 said they had NO CASE TO ANSWER.

The public gallery again was NOT full of campaigners, as before, they attended in support and to witness further crimes should more have been committed along with family members of the Crawfords.

You should start to stand by your responsibilities Nottingham post and report the truth, the real story, do some simple research and you will see for yourself that you are being incredibly bias and supporting a criminal activity, where a lot of laws have been broken and a family mindlessly for monitory gain have been violated and abused in the most disturbing way! as will be proven. We are not going away and the truth will be heard one way or another.

There are rather good at not posting any facts on there.

They claim the mortgage has been paid in full so it should be quite easy to show proof of the yearly statements showing the mortgage type plus either the reduction in balance or the endowment payments made. It's quite clear that they can do neither as they know it will blow their lies right out of the water.

And there is some truth in what she is saying.

As the house has now been sold, the mortgage has been paid in full. That's the only reason.

It was not paid in full before it was repossessed.

That's the reason Tom is claiming he has not seen a warrant and he is being serious. The fact everyone else, from the Judge downwards accept's that what Tom was provided with, was a legally binding warrant ordering the re-possession of 3 Fearn Chase is neither here not their, and is meaningless to Tom.

As far as he and his crack Forensic team and advisor's are concerned their has never been a warrant. Why don't they accept its a warrant? Who knows and frankly it is a mute point, you could ask Tom for a list of things he thinks should be on the warrant and comply with that list, but he or Guy Taylor etc would find something else wrong and the cycle would continue.
