You can also be sure that the local or national press would be interested, especially if he looks like he lost a round with Mike Tyson and is accusing the Police of being the cause. Nothing makes a good story like a picture of a battered victim and a "must be investigated" "truth must be told" article. I'll guess there isn't one. I'll also guess it is much more likely that this idiot has said something to someone who took offence and gave him a free martial arts lesson.#six wrote:Call me a cynic but surely if you are going about your lawful business and the police attacked you, you would make sure the whole story was told.

Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread
The writing style of these postings are dumbed-down from Assassin's usual fluent style. That's not hard to fake.
Assassin learned from his "jury awarded millions" story that even GOOFies have limited capacity for swallowing bovine excrement. So he toned his stories down to the bounds of credibility.
Unlike Ceylon, Tom and Guy etc, Assassin does not have a public face. He is merely a self-aggrandising voice on GOODF. His claims are always sufficiently vague that they can't be verified. Despite all the wonderful achievements of his company and village, no-one has a camera. I always read these as jolly stories of how Assassin wanted his life to be.
I enjoyed the touch of sympathetic "police guarding him at hospital".
I look forward to hearing how he bravely recovers from his injuries and wins ££millions in compo. Alternatively, I will shed crocodile tears when I hear that he has sadly died of his injuries.

Before Assassin's assault his posts consisted of nothing but pure bollocks. Since being attacked Assassin's posts contain nothing but pure bollocks.
Hope that helps.

MY DAY IN THE HIGH COURT
Postby assassin » Sat Aug 17, 2013 2:27 pm
Friday was a good day, we had issued a commercial lien and gone through the process, nothing was rebutted and we went to enforce the lien against the Tortfeiser, then it all began. They applied to the courts to challenge the lien, but were vague as to how and which part they were challenging so I contacted the court to find out what they were challenging and why they hadn't been specific about this crucial point. Court contacted me and said it was an administration error and they had accepted the case and it was in the wrong court, it had to be submitted to the High Court; yes, yes, I already know this, so why would a legal expert submit it to the wrong court, schoolboy error or fraud? you decide.
Friday came and the High Court Judge came to our local county court and we were ready to go, the first hour was interesting as they tried their opening argument to the jury, then I kicked in; I explained their opening argument was worthless as it relied upon acts and statutes and this is a common law court, the jury were bemused, but intrigued.
After about 45 minutes of explaining what common law is, how a common law court works, and that as the jury THEY have the ultimate power as the jury, and NOT the judge it opened up a lot of debate. I then gave them all a copy of the commercial lien and explained the process we had followed, they all had copies of the documents. Their barrister piped up again and tried a play on words and one of the jurors piped up ans said "aren't you dressing up part of your opening argument and trying to present it fraudulently as earlier this was an act or statute" he was caught out and stuffed. I looked at the judge, he looked at me, and we both struggled not to burst out into laughter, their barrister than asked the judge to rule to allow it; judge simply said "its already been established its a Court de Jeure (common law) court and the jury have the power, I cannot get involved unless the jury ask me to, I am here as a recorder for the High Court and to offer advice if they request it".
During the remaining time the jury realising they had so much power simply asked so many questions that I had little to do, they now understood their power and now how common law worked, and did they use that power, they asked the judge if they could adjourn and get access to the legal information to validate the fact I had followed the lien process correctly. The judge responded and said he had read the pre-trial papers and that I had followed one of the correct processes for commercial liens to the letter, and had actually gone above and beyond what I lawfully had to do. He had a large screen in the court switched on and connected his laptop to it and gave the procedure to the entire court so they could see I had followed and exceeded the necessary procedures. With this verified they said they would adjourn and consider their decision.
A full 5 minutes elapsed and they returned, their decision was as follows:
I had followed the correct procedure for that type of lien.
The tortfeiser failed to respond to rebut, and that I had given them two chances to do so.
Their Barrister had tried to deceive the court by using acts and statutes when it was a common law court.
That the lien stood; but they asked the judge what they could do, he explained they could quash it, reduce the amount, increase the amount, or set any conditions on it as they saw fit.
After a quick chat they decided to increase the lien by 50% to deter such fraudulent actions from other multi-nationals trying to throw money around to win a legal action against the common man. So it went to court as a £50M lien and came out as a £75M lien.
Give the people the power and they use it fairly and wisely.
After 26 pages of comments and I would imagine quite a few begging letters and PM's it turned out that the 'day in the high court' was just a dream.
Then the thread was locked -

A description of assassin's injuries:
But do not fear he has his legal team at his bedside:Seen him naked and every part of his body is affected by this beating.
His face is black and blue and so swollen I didnt recognise him at first and you can see where his face and head have been beaten by batons because you can see the marks of them.
He has been scanned from head to toe and specialists are waiting for other test results but know the full damage.
We know he has damage to one eye but not if its temporary or permanant yet.
He cant walk properly.
He cant use one hand and only has limited use of the other.
Hes sat up in bed planning his strategy for what hes going to do next and kicking anybody out with a negative attitude and is in hyperdrive mode with a legal team to get justice.

Nice bit of legal fantasy, but that is all it is. Totally made up and anyone who has ever been in a real court would know that.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

Re: Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread
Another reply George is unhappy with.
He asks a simple question
He asks a simple question
He gets a simple replyI will be grateful if you would confirm that TV Licensing does and has accept(ed) WeRe Bank cheques for TV Licenses.
George being the bell end that he is is having none of it and goes all loony tunes with themI am happy to advise you that in 2015 TV Licensing received a very small number of WeRe Bank cheques (fewer than 15) from people making payments in respect of their TV Licence. These cheques could not be processed and consequently TV Licensing does not accept this form of payment for a TV Licence.
Thank you for your response, which was not helpful at all.
I will rephrase my question into separate questions in order to establish if the BBC holds adequate records as required by the FOIA for accounting purposes, which you have confirmed the BBC is obliged to comply with.
Please note that this is not a request for either Legal or Lawful advice.
This is a FOIA request in order to ascertain if the BBC holds adequate accounting records in order for the BBC to fulfil its governmental duties - so please do not fob me off stating that this does not come under the FOIA, or you do not offer Legal advice - please simply confirm the status and answer my questions.
I will be grateful if BBC would kindly confirm that it holds adequate records as follows:
1. Does the BBC hold adequate records regarding the cheque payments it has received for TV Licenses from well-known and less known banks. Well they counted the WeRe cheques so i guess so. Yes
2. Does the BBC hold adequate records regarding the breakdown of cheque payments received for TV Licenses from each different bank. See above
3. If the BBC does hold such records, kindly please confirm if the BBC has accepted WeRe Bank cheques as payment(s) for TV Licenses. All ready answered in words that a 3 year old could understand you dipstick
4. If the BBC does not hold adequate records of all cheque payments broken down into individual banks, please kindly confirm how the BBC can fulfil its governmental duties in holding and publishing its accounts (including BBC Ledger Accounts). The value of cheque is the only important thing in accounts. I've know that since I got pocket money when I was 5

I really don't see what George is hoping to achieve with all of these rambling demands for information about WeRe NotABank NotCheques. It must be obvious to him that they are not being accepted by anybody (otherwise why all of these idiotic requests about them?) and on that basis the more organisations he annoys the more public pronouncements there will be that they simply don't work.
Is he perhaps hoping that if he whines and bitches enough people are going to suddenly change their mind and accept the fake cheques on a fake account at a fake bank even though it means they won't get paid?

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... ed_by_br_2
I can see George will read this to mean that the FCA have confirmed that WeRe cheques are no different to other cheques.I understand that you would also like to know which authority has
confirmed that –
1) WeRe Bank cheques are not the same as any other cheques issued by
other banks trading in the United Kingdom
2) WeRe Bank cheques are not legal tender
We will not be able to provide you with any guidance as to which authority
has decided on the matters that you have raised above. We don’t provide
any guidance as to which cheques should be accepted by institutions or
individuals and so you need to confirm with the recipient of any cheques
if they are willing to accept it. I am not aware of any authorities which
have confirmed that WeRe Bank cheques are different to other cheques
issued in the UK.
