Neelu's only problem is that she sails much closer to the wind in terms of criminality. However, best not to comment further on that until after her impending case is heard. She has already escaped one charge on a technicality. I would hate for it to happen again.
One key difference between Neelu and George is that George is based in Scotland and Scots law in regard to mental health and sectioning is different. Scots law doesn't have a requirement that the person being detained must be a danger to themselves or others, the requirement (which imo is simpler and allows for a broader interpretation) is that they are unlikely to comply with treatment and that without treatment their welfare would suffer or they would pose a risk to themselves or others.

Thanks, that's interesting. One assumes that given the volume of output George still hasn't had any treatment. I suppose they were unable to argue that his welfare is suffering.

If the state of mental health care funding is the same in Scotland as it is in England you probably have to go to quite some extremes to get yourself sectioned because they simply don't have the beds. I doubt being a threat to your own welfare is sufficient.

Neelu is back, having posted this video most recently on her YouTube account. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OjxORkxHtxY.

She seems utterly incapable of accepting the previous findings of the court and remains convinced that the children were abused by a satanic cult and not by the childs stepfather. She is now claiming that they have proof that children were being abused during the time when they were protesting at the church. Her claim is that at some point you hear a child crying, now it's perfectly normal for children to cry, in fact they cry over a lot of things, their ice cream being too cold, being made to meet Robert Downey Jr and not Iron Man, not being able to tie their shoes, the dog looking at them funny, the dog walking away, because they really want a toy and so on.

Here she is claiming the supreme Court is preventing peogle from getting their remedy, what is this remedy these idiots go on about?, also accuses them of being satantists, tells court to remove all satantists from the UK plc, bankrupt etc, it's a hoot.

Does anyone know any practicing satantists in the UK or even the USA?

There is a classic bit of Neelu in the latest YT video (2.00 minutes on).

Neelu phones someone and drones on and on about the bankruptcy of the UK, cease and desist, remedies etc etc

Man: "If you want to send in something officially, by email you're welcome to do that ..."

Neelu: " Yeah I've done that for the last 16 years, hasn't had any effect ....."

What is this 1930 Geneva Convention she keeps Wittering on about, I have tried to find information about it and there is none. Is it one of those ultra secret convention that only those who have woken up know about.

I enjoy the way Neelu (like many others) talks about the Geneva Convention of 1930, as if there were only one. There were many, such as some of these League of Nations Treaties. These include conventions on Cheques, Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes. These haven't all been ratified by all countries, of course.

I can't find one in which any nation declares itself, or any other nation, bankrupt.

As a source, Neelu cites "Lord Grantham Taylor Hughes".

More formally, this is "Dr. Lord Grantham Taylor, Hughes J.d., L.c.m.D., Ph.D. (Grantham)". He hosts a radio show in which he "explores the 1930 Geneva Convention International bankruptcy and its contemporary effects on our society". The shows are 30 minutes long, every Sunday. Apparently. If you can sit through one of these rambles, you're a better person than me.

Try this - http://www.greatdreams.com/political/19 ... ruptcy.htm
Ghana seems to have crept into Neelu's version of events although his role as leader of the League of Nations which declared the UK (and other nations) bankrupt in 1930 doesn't appear to have been widely reported

A potted history of the guy that apparently started all the fuss. He seems very reliable ... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Traficant

I can't speak to the other fantasy cites, but with all of daffy Trafi's problems, having made that speech, at least as reported wasn't one of them. The reported and claimed speech only vaguely compares, in that it used some of the same words, to the original he actually gave, which was a mostly maundering mish mash, shortly before his congressional career ended in a well deserved prison term. The rest of those though I can imagine are of the same high caliber and veracity. Neelu is nuts!!!

She is off on one again

She is ringing a mental health unit telling the staff they are going to be arrested for attempted murder on a patient

I heard that call and felt sorry for the psychiatric nurse and the patient whom Neelu was calling on behalf of. Neelu shouldn't be placing what is someone else's very personal and private information relating to a medical condition on the internet. She also should not be threatening the hospital staff, who aren't working in an environment which is always friendly (given that a proportion of the patients will be there because they are either a threat to themselves or others).

She is growing increasingly delusional and seems to lack the ability to think clearly or behave rationally. She also rants about the swiss indo gold and how it would give everyone a massive fortune (6 million) and clear a rather small amount of debt (150,000). She also claims that the million mask march, which as I understood it was to protest various government cuts and the growing disparity between ordinary people and the 1%, was in fact in support of her cause. It wasn't and frankly claiming that it was is disrespectful to those who did march to try and draw attention to more serious issues than the ones that are the sole provenance of Neelu's imagination.

What is troubling is that Neelu clearly needs psychiatric help and treatment. She is fixated on a notion of people smuggling and satanic abuse. I cannot believe that her family and friends are not or have not been concerned about her obvious difficulties.

I suspect the mental health nurse is accustomed to conversations like that. Neelu declines the invitation to visit the unit in person. I can't image why she declined. Perhaps she feared (with good reason) that they might not let her out.
