His name is Haining not Laining.

Oops! Sorry about that, I'm recovering from a broken arm and have quite a lot of extra hardware attached to my arm, so I'm going to blame the typo on the bionic parts even if it was just me being inattentive...

I cannot figure out how to fix it, but I put out the Bat Signal for someone with more skills than me to correct it.

Fixed.

It goes to show what a little weasel Colon is, he made up a lie about the Bills of Exchange Act and when caught out in his lie, he carries on with the lie to save face and deletes all the evidence that shows that he lied.

Given recent events I was surprised she didn't summon someone to forcibly remove them from the premises.

Last week the pony tailed idiot was caught out telling lies and making false claims about the Bills of Exchange Act. This week, his attention has been drawn to Car Tax which he claims, is a scam because when you tax your car it is taxed as a PLG (Private Light Good Vehicle). His argument is that it makes a car a commercial vehicle.

http://www.getoutofdebtfree.org/forum/v ... 2g6Na18HXg

However, what pony tailed idiot over looks is that PLG stands for Private and/or Light Goods Vehicle for tax purposes. He totally ignores the and/or part as this again proves he is talking complete and utter rubbish, apparently this was first dreamed up by Guy Taylor. Last week, he was repeating Jonny's lies and this week he is repeating Guy's lies.

Is the pony tailed idiot, capable of thinking for himself ? Has his brain ever created a single thought of its own ?

Key taxation class groupings presented within this publication are:

• Private and light goods (PLG) This is by far the most common tax class, covering almost 89%
of licensed vehicles. This tax class primarily consists of cars and light vans but can include
other vehicles used only for private purposes. Tax bands within PLG depend on engine size for
vehicles first registered before March 2001, while for cars registered on or after March 2001,
tax bands are based upon levels of CO2 emissions, with lower rates for cleaner vehicles.

Notes about tax classes
Introduction

Vehicles are classified for tax purposes according to their construction and the purpose for which they are
used. The main classes and eligible vehicles are listed below:

Private/Light Goods (PLG) Vehicles registered before the 01/03/01: Private motor cars; goods
vehicles not more than 3,500kg revenue weight; vehicles used for “private” (non-trade or business) purposes (including 3 wheeled vehicles over 450kg unladen). Vehicles registered on or after 01/03/01: vehicles that do not come into the scope of the first six tax classes, listed below.

Especially when you consider that a previous business of his was a minibus company, Nottingham Travel, which would have needed vehicles to be properly taxed and insured. He also used to be a director of M D A (Nottingham) which taught people how to drive, though probably not the finer points of what a car actually is.

I can remember that years ago cars were taxed as private and vans such as Transits and Bedford CFs were taxed as goods. In fact, if my memory serves me right, I'm pretty sure that some estate cars could be taxed as goods if they were a company car and the rep carried company goods in the load area. (We are talking about back in the MkI Escort days.) But then the government decided to simplify things and lobbed them all in together. It wasn't done in order to turn cars into commercial vehicles it was done to streamline the system. Colon's argument fails miserably when you consider the first word of the new (well, new to me) taxation class is "PRIVATE". What a moron he is.

It's a weird example of Ceylon's gullibility. The government decided a very long time ago that private cars should be taxed. Ceylon dislikes this, which he's entitled to do.

But Ceylon has picked up a weird idea that the government decided that it couldn't tax private cars, because their own rules wouldn't allow this, so instead of simply changing the taxation rules (which they do all the time) the government created a workaround, pretending that private cars were really commercial and therefore could be taxed.

It doesn't make sense at any level. The video makes Ceylon look stupid, ignorant and gullible for believing such weirdness.

But he can't see this. He proudly posts the video in the forum.

What's worse is that Haining has been and continues to operate Summers like a glove puppet.

When the wheels come off he'll be dumped sharpish as Haining is essentially a coward who folds when actually confronted.

Like for instance when he caved in court about giving his name or getting remanded in custody. He failed to follow his own advice and trotted it right out.

The best thing Mickey should do is keep a great distance from Ceylon and seek actual competent advice regarding his grievances. By doing so he might finally get some kind of positive outcome out of all this.

Unfortunately he doesn't come across as the sharpest pencil in the box and Ceylon has obviously spotted this as an opportunity to use Mickey as a pawn for his own agenda (whatever that may be).

Colon and the GOOFer's have really lost the over the recent murder of an MP.

The story goes, that it is fake and that the person that was supposed to have helped her, couldn't have, as he died in 2013.

Requiem Mass to take place at St George's RC Church, Peel Street, York on Wednesday February 6th at 10.30am followed by interment at York Cemetery. Bernard will be received into church on Tuesday evening at 6pm. Family flowers only please, donations if wished can be made to the Stroke Association - a plate will be provided at the service.

So when the above person died, on 21 January 2013 he was 75 years old.

Now the person that attempted to save the MP, was 77 years old, he turned 78 today

The Examiner wrote:Mr Kenny, who shares the same birthday as Jo Cox, is 78 today (Wed).
Going back three years it would have been his 75th Birthday on 22 June 2013.

For Colon and the SovCit's, it is clearly a different person as the ages don't match up, you bunch of idiots... This person would have been 74 and not 75 on 21 January 2013.

Furthermore, the person that tried to save the MP was a father of TWO (both sons), whereas the person that died in 2013 only had one child (a daugther)........... These fools just believe any old S**t - lay off the cool aid

This is, of course, completely true. No one - in the entire course of history - has ever had the same name as anyone else, especially not amongst the mere 64 million people currently alive in the UK. While it may appear that certain names may be the same this is just an illusion caused by a failure to drink enough Kool-Aid. All personal names are unique and creative inventions and cannot be mere recycled combinations of ancestry and culture, otherwise how could they be copyrighted?
