Yep - must be a reason somewhere for the poor performance - I've been on performance inhibiting drugs for years - it comes in a bottle with a cork in it - works a treat - HIC.

Never mind about all that-Has anyone had sight or sound of Jimmy's dog lately? I'm beginning to get a bit worried about him.

Or maybe he ate Betty but got one of the bones stuck in his throat and that was the end of him (for those that don't know, feeding chicken bones to dogs is not recommended).

This is true, but if things go south and you are not fully prepared in your knowledge then they will, if they were successful in getting a judgement against you, try securing the debt as a charge against your property.

If your property is in joint names but the alleged debt is only in one name then this is not as bad as they could potentially only get what is known as an interest. An interest is removed on sale regardless if you pay it whereas a charge is not, it stays on the title until it is settled, i.e you can sell your house with an interest against the title and pay at a later date, with a charge the solicitors will enforce the charge to be paid, otherwise they would be getting their client to purchase a liability.

This is why you need to be 100% confident in any path you take and any potential outcomes, especially when high value assets like property are involved.

I gave my perspective of what I have seen happen to some others. I never told them not to act, providing someone with all potential outcomes is not scaremongering, forewarned is forearmed.

As said when a property is involved then I encourage people to double, triple check their I's are dotted and T's are crossed and definitely make sure they have a full understanding of what they are trying to do instead of playing fast and lose and putting their home at risk.

You of all people should know this jimmyw, your lack of knowledge landed you in a right mess, you had another persons door kicked in looking for you, your girlfriend (presuming this one is even real) moved out because of the shit storm you created and, to top it off you still got made bankrupt and will likely, if it has not happened already, lose your home.

Every few weeks you raise this BS to try and get the admins to ban me for stupid reasons. Is this what you do because you have your stalkers from sqautloos it makes you feel better stalking me and talking s*** about the admins/site?.

Don't just say you will report me, actually do it, if you have a valid reason then I am confident that the moderators will act appropriately as they have in the past, what you are actually doing is suggesting that the admins/site have no credibility, perhaps you should just leave if you feel that way, and start your own site?.

If you used all your alternate accounts from here, you would have quite a good initial membership base.

Jimmy gets very angry, very quickly, at anyone who points out that sticking your fingers in you ears and repeating "you can't take my house, you can't take my house, because I say so" does not work. Jimmy has also repeatedly encouraged others to follow and try his own failed methods, without any warning of the possible consequences, to me that moves him from the laughable village idiot to dangerous idiot class.

Good on Banker for pointing out Jimmy's failures, if that stops only one person from GOODF following Jimmy's "advice" then it is a job well done.

How in gods name does he think that it would have gone away? Even Jimmy can't believe that if had just held out and not given his name he would have been left to live in peace with his debts all written off surely.

I would not have believed that somebody would bet their house on some hair brained scheme, cooked up in never never land by people who have made a career out of failing, but then Jimmy appeared.

If Jimmy doesn't exist and didn't respond to his name, then would not the state just take everything, assuming either Jimmy died, or is fictitious. End result world still be him losing everything but, worse still, he wouldn't get any residual after debts are satisfied. Still. Not saying his name was a big fail anyway, didn't they have his passport picture?

Arguably if Jimmy never had a name then he wouldn't be bankrupt. But that's not because he hasn't got a name, it's because he couldn't have made any contracts. So, no house, car, driving licence, insurance, education record, bank accounts, pension, etc. (He'd also only have his health because others took an oath.)
I say go for it, Jimmy - quit renting because your landlord knows your name, and head out on your own without your name.

Naturally, this weighty tome will be a roaring success, topping the best seller (fiction) charts for weeks, if not months, so who will the royalties go to if the illustrious author is anonymous?

More importantly he can't claim copyright over his magnum opus if he doesn't have a name so I'll be free to post a PDF of it on the interwebs and there's nowt he could do about it.
