Whereas you may be fortunate enough to have 5 grand in your back pocket, I can assure you that many others don't. Bailiffs are charging debtors over £2,000 for one visit in these cases, on top of what is owed. The situation in these cases is worse now than it has ever been, yet nobody is doing anything about it.
You may well think my spat with Bungle is childish-I can assure you it is not. She is causing severe harm to genuine debtors all in order to fuel her campaign against a business rival. She is equally as dangerous as BTAB in my opinion.
County Court judgments
amount to just 1% of the 6 million debts being enforced by bailiffs each year (only 66,000 judgments are passed to the High Court Enforcement agencies each year). I will be the first to admit that the fee scale introduced by the government for the collection of these debts (which by the way, is a different fee scale to all other debts) needs to be reviewed under the forthcoming ‘Three Year Review’ (which I will be taking part in). One particular company' (and we all know who that is) have a very odd way of interpreting the wording of the regulations and use this to their advantage. I have come across the same problem many times…but in my case, the charges do get reduced because I take the correct course of action…..by making a complaint to the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA). That is what the Association is set up for.
Can I just reiterate that your spat with me is not only childish is it extremely worrying.
I have had my Bailiff Advice Online website for just over 10 years. In all of that time, I have assisted many thousands of individuals. I am also a frequent contributor to the Consumer Action Group Forum where I have also been posting for 10 years. Last year, I was a frequent contributor on BTBATB until I committed the deadly sin of suggesting that a debtor should consider entering into a payment arrangement with an enforcement company. Strangely enough, it wasn’t Nadine who booted me out. I returned after a short while, and was booted out a second time after criticising the admin team for suggesting that anyone faced with a bailiff visit for an unpaid penalty charge notice should get the warrant suspended by completing an ‘Out of Time’ Statutory Declaration to ‘claim’ that they had not known of the parking debt. The individuals were not to know that if they were found to be lying on a Statutory Declaration they could be prosecuted for perjury.
You are a frequent poster on the Bailiff Help Forum (previously as Mark1960) and as such, you are a very new entrant into the ‘bailiff advice’ sector. You have been posting for just 3 years. The problem that you and your Guru (Jason) have is that you both have an obsession against me that has reached frightening levels. In fact, you are far worse than he is!!
With the exception of this forum, I mentioned the real name of your ‘Guru’ on three occasions over the past 4 years. Your real name has been mentioned just once. Upon checking last night, it is evident that you or your Guru (mainly you) have posted my real name on the Bailiff Help Forum over 320 times !! It is now a frequent occurrence to find my home address given as well with silly references to your Guru intending to visit my home. Even my husband’s name is being posted.
Yesterday, the Guru introduced a new page to his website. In this page he is asking the public to ring my business help line, record the call and upload it to his website where there are presently two other recorded phone calls publicly available.
As far as I am concerned, The Bailiff Help Forum ( and the DWB site) are certainly not ‘business rivals’ and any suggestion that they may be is frankly insulting.
Your obsession with me is now continuing on this forum. I have been posting on here as Bungle for over a year and thoroughly enjoy taking part in the discussions about FMoTL, Sov Cit, Tom Crawford and others. Only a week ago you discovered that I am posting here and almost immediately, you have now registered and once again, are here to attack me.
Please take your obsession elsewhere.
