You may have to take it down and re-upload it. YT has a nasty habit of not letting you change the privacy settings if it has been uploaded under the private setting. Re name it as well.
When I looked up "Ninjas" in Thesaurus.com, it said "Ninja's can't be found" Well played Ninjas, well played.

We've been in the driving seat of this since it started and everything, and I mean everything, is going to plan.
So your losing then wrecking your own home was planned right from the start was it Tom? Truly a Napoleonic strategy! You know how to play the long game brilliantly. Finally, after years of patiently setting the stage, all of the strands come together in two weeks. Wish I could be there to watch your triumph!
"Yes Burnaby49, I do in fact believe all process servers are peace officers. I've good reason to believe so." Robert Menard in his May 28, 2015 video "Process Servers".
How strange... I go to all of that effort to put Tom's case out there and all he can do is whine about copyright infringement. Ungrateful swine!
Oh well... It proves Tom reads Quatloos... Doesn't it Tom?

I'm guessing the plan is to dazzle the court with the same arguments from the civil case in the misguided belief that the magistrate is going to let Tom prattle on endlessly until everybody dies of boredom.
As you quite rightly say... There's a shock coming but this will of course prove nothing apart from the 'corruption' of the courts and the depth of the conspiracy against him.

Poor Tom is confused. On the video he says he took something away from the house, and the police didn't search him or his bag, so "Nottingham police aided and abetted in burglary because they took away the spoils, so to speak."
But Tom's case is that he owns the house, so couldn't commit burglary. Therefore, according to his own case, the police didn't aid and abet burglary.
He has "remade" the video he earlier took down. This one is almost a carbon copy with references to trolls and remarks about the new owners removed. He really is delusional though, and pissed with his own importance.
