I'm betting on another 'hello, Tom here.....' YouTube vid where he'll rant about the corruption of the Courts, corrupt Judge who was a coward and kept leaving the Court, prosecutor wouldn't look him in the eye and kept going red, trial moved out of Court 2 to the Old Bailey because of its international significance, he couldn't be allowed to win because it would bring down the entire fraudulent banking cartel, Police corruption and being in league to protect the paedophile elite etc etc basic Crawford guff.

Oh and at least one of his 'heroic supporters' being arrested and charged with Contempt of Court.

Well, I've been flicking between BBC News, SKY News and Al Jazeera but haven't seen any report on the downfall of the British Justice System yet. Weird.

Surely Tom won, is back in Fearn Chase and there are now arrest warrants out for Godsmark, the Bailiffs, the Police, the Locksmith, the Removal Men, the Security Guards, the Nottingham Post and one million Trolls by now?

Either that, or they're desperately trying to work out how to phrase a win even though once again Tom has lost...

I do hope there is someone impartial at this trial of the century to report back on what actually happens and how many "supporters" the old fool managed to pull in.

If there are not many supporters, there won't be a " outside the court" video. My guess is there will be less than 10.

I am told that Nottingham Post have been made aware of the case so hopefully they will send a reporter. If I was that lady reporter who was told 15 TIMES Tom had won ( last May ) I would take great delight in attending.

I believe his plan was to steal something of little value so he would be charged with burglary, then plead not guilty so he could argue the toss that it could not be burglary because it is his house. Instead they charged him with criminal damage.

Cue the hilarity because the Judge will wish to discuss the alleged criminal damage, and Tom with the aid of his crack legal team will only want to discuss who the owner of the house is. Only going to be one winner in that little battle.

Sean Paul Gilbert good look and hope you get the justice you deserve. as for the police they now have to be responsible so they will loose their jobs, or did some one say they resigned already? either way you deserve a pay out. when i say pay out i mean alot of money for everything you had to go through.

If there was any kind of sane justice in this world, then in accordance with the Great Charter, Magna Carta, which has been stolen from us by the powers that be, a massive jury of your own peers, aware of all the facts, have already come to a judgment which is in your favour. If you can find a way of letting the magistrates know this, then do so, because Common Law, in accordance with the edicts of Magna Carta, states that we have a right to be tried by our own peers IN ALL MATTERS. What really matters here? The will of the people or the will of magistrates and judges all involved in a corrupt and incestuous legal 'system' interested only in maintaining the well being of that 'system'? Pity the poor misguided magistrates who think that they are performing a worthwhile public service but, in reality are no more than puppets dancing to the tune of a lawyer, the clerk to the court, who pulls their strings and directs them towards the judgment that he/she wishes. I talk from experience since my friend John, resigned from being a magistrate for this very reason.
