What good would that do? Tom has shown no inclination to listen to anyone, even the courts, that tells him anything he doesn't want to hear.NYGman wrote:Is it too much to hope that the judge here may issue a ruling that point by point debunks TC and co's legal theories, and clearly explains why Tom is no longer the legal owner, and therefore has no right to be in his former home? Although having said that, Godsmark tried and failed when he attempted it, perhaps as this is his last bite at the apple (Hopefully) it may finally sink in. Probably wishful thinking, and any court opinion will be read as a win for time, with Ceylon telling us 16 times, why TC won, even though he is now in custody...

Here is a post by Amanda, complaining about stalking. However, it is about the profile page of someone and a post they made on their own profile page just 30 mins earlier - Just who is stalking who ?

I can only imagine that the reason Tom is trying to get any so called 'cyber bully/troll' into court, would be in the hope that he would try and show the 'fraudulent' paperwork in court as part of his case against the 'cyber bully/troll'

Don't you just love how hypocritical they all are, one minute the Courts are completely corrupt and all Judges should be shot, the next they're screaming 'help me, help me Court, people are being mean and writing nasty things, make them stop!'letissier14 wrote:I can only imagine that the reason Tom is trying to get any so called 'cyber bully/troll' into court, would be in the hope that he would try and show the 'fraudulent' paperwork in court as part of his case against the 'cyber bully/troll'

Easy ways to avoid the Crawfords' legal wrath...
1) Demand to be tried under common-law.
3) Demand a wet seal.
42) Copyright your name so they can't use it.
3.14159265359) Return the summons ANRRTTS.
√-1) Declare yourself the rightful monarch of The United Kingdom & Her Many & Feveral Dominions Beyond The Sea.
X/Y+(1/2Z) ) Convene your own grand jury and acquit yourself.
∞) Just sit back and wait for nothing to happen.
Have I missed any?

Amanda, bless her, doesn't realise the concept of social media is that anyone can read what people have written, subject to privacy settings. And anyone can comment on what other people have written.Bones wrote:Here is a post by Amanda, complaining about stalking.
Similarly, anyone can attend a public court hearing. That's the concept behind public.
Another family member objects when people read his stuff:
The Crawfords use social media to publish their opinions. Fair enough. But they don't want other people to do so.Craig wrote:I find it so fucked up that there's some people sit there, watching what I post, then screenshot it... That's wrong, on so many levels.

Clearly got money to burn on private prosecutions.
Perhaps they should have used it to pay down the mortgage!

But surely these prosecutions will be in a Common Law Court given that they are getting so much into the woo. I am astounded at how many people seem to have some belief in these things.

I would also think that free speech laws apply here. I don't know the ins and outs of UK law, but I imagine there are defenses for things like expressing a sincerely held opinion; commenting on a matter of public interest; commenting on a public figure; the truthfulness of the statement; and so forth.

Amanda and Tom just don't like people highlighting and exposing their lies. I consider it a civic duty to do so
Even the GOOFer's are bored of their lies and that speaks volumes.. In nearly 24 hours only 2 have commented

Even Tom's star witness Colon has been uncharacteristically quiet on the subject.

Nice sentiment...but that's not a fish. It's a Dolphin.Gregg wrote:Yep, like a rotting carcass of a dead fish washed up on a beach after an oil spill....

The word fish is not defined scientifically or legally, it has no real meaning, it's basically slang. The closest definition of "fish" is something that lives in the sea. Therefore a dolphin can be defined as a fish.PeanutGallery wrote: Nice sentiment...but that's not a fish. It's a Dolphin.

Now, now, everybody. I think we can all agree on the salient point. It's a dead rotting carcass washed up on shore. Unfortunately for the dophin it's reality rather than a metaphor.AiusLocutius wrote:The word fish is not defined scientifically or legally, it has no real meaning, it's basically slang. Sorry Peanut.
However I'd go with Peanut on this one. A dolphin is no more a fish than a dead horse washing up on shore. A dead horse comes to mind because a few of us once rented a waterfront cottage on British Columbia's sunshine coast. Right on the beach. Unfortunately we also acquired a very overripe dead horse washed up on shore right at the cottage. Made for a very pungent stay.
