The friend has been totally cavalier about this, but as the legal owner of the farm he may be liable if the authorities interdict the controlled substances. Normal has a link to the state laws: http://norml.org/laws/item/connecticut-penalties
Am I being paranoid about this or does the friend have reasonable grounds for concern as the friend's brother gets ready to harvest his crop?

My opinion, FWIW, and not knowing CT's attitude towards or laws, is that it is a DUMB idea. I don't know if two plants is a felony or misdemeanor or if they even care, it may and probably dopes depend on the jurisdiction, but I do think it is DUMB, and I wouldn't want to find out the hard way.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

I contacted the state regarding the law on it, it took 5 or so days for a response. I didn't give them an address, not my problem. They probably have bigger fish to fry.
