The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

The seniority matters because a Magistrates Court can only find you in contempt for things like your behaviour in court and can only jail you for a few days. The higher courts can jail you for up to two years and ignoring their orders may be a criminal offence in its own right.longdog wrote:As I understand it treating the orders or rulings of any court with contempt is contempt of court which can can you jailed. What matters is the wanton disregard of the court's orders not the seniority of the court involved. These morons think you can't be jailed for contempt of a civil court... They are wrong.
What looks to have happened here is the Baron's ex has been given possession of the house for her and the kids, and Baron von Brainless thinks he can ignore it.

Re: Baron David Ward
Thought I'd check this as it was controversial at the time. Yes GMP (Greater Manchester Police by the way) cocked up and I think over 100 charges against protesters were dropped, but as to paying damages? Not happening. There's one person who threatened to make a claim against the Police and that was two years ago and it hasn't happened yet. And we know him viewtopic.php?f=52&t=10756&p=206450&hil ... rs#p2064502. Barton Moss.....
GMP acted outside of the jurisdictional boundaries “BY” Acting as a private escort to a Private company that has Private access on a PUBLIC footpath. What was the outcome. Over 160 Criminal charges in the criminal High Court Found Not guilty. This coast GMP Millions and the claims for damages are still being processed t this day. Sir Peter Fahy is no longer chief of police for GMP.
Also Fahy's resignation / retirement is a non sequitur.

I think you'll find that counts as a win against the Police. Like these videos of people standing outside a court saying they have (or are going to) arrested the judge.ArthurWankspittle wrote:There's one person who threatened to make a claim against the Police and that was two years ago and it hasn't happened yet.

The baron has finally cottoned into the old DD Clawback, and has started inventing the rules of how it applies already.
He's got quite a loyal following of dunderheads, so I imagine a few hilarious fails are on the way.

Re: Baron David Ward
I did a DD claw back in 2007 as my previous years car insurance continued to take payments from an auto renewal for 10 months. It was before I used internet banking and the insurance company told me that I should have noticed sooner so could not have a refund. Contacted my bank told them what they said, and it was the bank that did it all for me and got my money back. I also think I was breaking the law having two policies on the same car
But what these idiots are doing is apart from risking a criminal record. they may also force a policy change and make it a harder and lengthy process for those who have a genuine claim.

I don't think you were breaking the law, but you were probably in breach of the insurance policy conditions, thereby risking not being insured which would be illegal, though unlikely in practice to actually occur. It is one of those areas which needs a little thinking about to understand why it is the way it is.doublelong wrote: I also think I was breaking the law having two policies on the same car

It is to prevent you from making two claims for one incident. In the past is has been known for someone to try and double up on a vehicle that has been "stolen".

So this moron is advocating benefit fraud now.
Oh the irony of it all.
The government can just print money they've claimed. Yet inversely, they are trying to starve it of money*?
Somebody bring me a blackboard I need to quantify this sh*t!

Re: Baron David Ward
OK... For a start there's no such thing as far as the DWP are concerned as being signed off long term for 'mental distress'. Everybody suffers from mental distress many times in their life... A dying friend / relative / dog / cat will cause mental distress as will the breakdown of a long term relationship, being burgled and all manner of other things. They might get you a few weeks off (quite rightly) but a doctor is eventually going to say... "Well you've had some time to come to terms with things and now the best thing would be to get your life back to normal and return to work". Most doctors are at least moderately intelligent and can spot a faker a mile off and a psychiatrist will spot them even sooner.
If you claim ESA you will almost inevitably be called for a face-to-face assessment and simply saying "I'm suffering from mental distress" will get you the grand total of fuck all points out of the required fifteen. If you don't have a documented history of major mental illness, preferably with an intervention by a psychiatrist or mental health services your chances of 'passing' the medical are negligible and the longer you try to claim ESA the more they will be looking at your documented medical history.
As for claiming JSA and relying on a sick-note to get out of the job-seeking requirement... Yeah... Good luck with that. If you are lucky the 'advisor' at the Job Centre might make allowances with the amount of 'jobseeking' you do or the types of job you are willing to do but if you take the "I'm too sick to work at all" line after being chucked off ESA they will chuck off JSA too and then you are royally fucked.
Basically speaking if you don't have a long history of either schizophrenia or bipolar disorder (or a few rarer but chronic conditions) which cannot be adequately controlled by medication then you're not going to stay on ESA for reasons of mental health for more than a year... If that.
To my mind the most reprehensible part of the "baron's" drivel is the idea of 'cashing' the prescriptions but not taking the pills because you've faked the symptoms. My psychiatric medication alone costs the NHS in excess of £2000 per year.

Since the Baron's embassy now appears to be open for business I'd like to nominate Nigel Farage as the new UK ambassador.
Gotta love the Baron, he's a bitter little man with a closed mind and a perchant for mischief. I hope the Cheshire Police with whom he loves to correspond take note - it's an offence, ironically at Common Law to incite another to commit a criminal offence!

A sizeable proportion of people, including me, already move house without informing the Land Registry and the system has so far completely failed to 'implode'... It's called 'renting' your home.letissier14 wrote:Idiot thinking

So I fire off 1,000's of template emails full of woo to everyone and his dog. What then?
What has been achieved?
The Baron certainly hasn't acquired anything except a certain amount of notoriety and a passport straight to the shredder/junk folder for all of his efforts.
Getting madder that one....

Another classic missive from Warrington's village idiot.
I believe his claims will fall on deaf ears, especially when they come to evict him which must be only a matter of time.
