Except that Santander has been deluged in accusations of terrorism and phony liens from the Baron. If I was that guy in their legal department, I'd be like "Sure, Social Services, we can delay eviction proceedings until you find -- wait, who did you say this was for? THAT guy? Oh, hell, no. In fact, I'm going to move them up to today. Drag that guy to the loony bin, and if they won't take him, point him to the nearest dumpster. I know you're required to help this guy, but trust me, you can't."

Has the social wangled him a stay of execution? If so, is it an indication he's truly regarded as vulnerable?

I could be wrong but I don't believe Social Services have stopped anything, What probably happend when the order became enforceable on the 23rd December Social Services contacted Santander on Trampbeards behalf and they confirmed that he was not going to be evicted that day, that is all I believe that happened. The warrant application would probably have been processed early last month and Santander are now waiting for a bailiff appointment.

Yes, the social workers have almost certainly asked Santander to give them a few weeks to try and sort this out. I'm not optimistic.

Maybe von TrampBeard will start taking his meds, and cooperate in relocation to a little flat somewhere (or sheltered accommodation). More likely he will exhaust and alienate the social workers with continued grandiosity, and they will eventually inform Santander that the case has been closed without success in rehousing BvT.

This will take 6-8 weeks, during which Von TrampBeard will brag and preen about how he's outwitted the system. We who laugh last will laugh longest....

Get him locked up for these threats and whilst in custody pile all his junk in the street, tin all the windows and finally have done with the eviction.

How does the alleged lack of ill will and vexation with which BDW usually signs-off his letters possibly sit with threats to hunt someone down and put others in a body bag?

I would imagine there would be a few people thinking about Albert Dryden, who murdered a planning official under not entirely dissimilar circumstances.

He did feel that he was only entitled to a £4,000,000 payout for actually being imprisoned, which seems a bit low by modern standards, but he did write lengthy legal documents and believed he was being persecuted for political reasons. He also generated a certain amount of popular support after the event, despite the premeditated killing of an unarmed and non-threatening person in cold blood.

So there are two arrest warrants for Baron David Ward going back to 2015 and 2016, his response to the officer was to "swivel on a pole" among other things, and he hasn't been arrested yet? No wonder he thinks he's bulletproof. Where I come from, that attitude gets your outstanding warrants moved to the front of the line.

I note that the arrests are over two unpaid fines:

WAR/15/1506 358.34 Warrington
WAR/16/259 295.00 Warrington

Given the amounts, and that they were issued by Warrington court, I wonder if these are the parking tickets he "beat" so long ago.
