The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

I didn't know until just now, Chrisy has form for this type of crime
I hope the judge takes it into account

I get arrested, Marston force entry on a lady and young child and show themselves to be immoral.
I hope the judge takes it into account

I wonder if the fact that Rekha is living in the property and that matter is still on going, will go in favour of Chrisy today. No doubt he will claim that is evidence that he was right to intervene etc

Wouldn't have thought it would make any difference as obstruction is still obstruction regardless of the outcome.Bones wrote:I wonder if the fact that Rekha is living in the property and that matter is still on going, will go in favour of Chrisy today. Of course you are right and with all things being equal that should be the case. However, at Rekha's last hearing things legally should have gone very different. The freetards just seem to confuse some judges with enough BS so that they doubt themselves.

Doesn't sound like many (If any) Chrisy supporters turned up.
And his wife appears not to know what has happened today.
Also goes to show the selfish nature of a lot of these freemen on the land. All want Chrisy to do the dirty work, but are not prepared to even show up.
Not that I have any sympathy for his predicament.

Would have thought Chrisy would have called his wife to let her know.

Does this mean he will have to be a recluse until then?
Hopefully, he won't be going on YouTube and bullying people anymore.

The next hearing is in May.
Be interesting to see what he posts on social media between now and then, specially as his 30 day FB ban started on 2 February . So a few more days and his "ban" will be over...
I wonder if it was adjourned until after Rekha's next hearing, whenever that will be

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.
I suppose Chrisy's appearance today was merely a plea hearing. If he pled guilty sentencing would have been there and then. A "not guilty" plea would adjourn the case, for evidence to be prepared etc.
I doubt that there is any dependency on any action against Rekha. Even if she owed nothing and the possession order was granted on faulty evidence, when a court instructs an enforcement agent, the agent shouldn't be obstructed.
The matter is sub judice so I offer no opinion about what anyone did or whether they are guilty of anything.

Yeah, that's strange. What is even more strange is that his wife called the court. I would have thought that she would have called ChrisyBones wrote:

Me thinks as the judge is not taking any nonsense and that he is aware of Chrisy's YouTube, facebook etc that his mysterious ban might last a bit longer. He certainly will not be making any noise that could land him in more trouble.
This gon' be good.

The writ shown on the day of evictionMr Morris argued that the writ was not correct, it was not drafted properly-“That document is not what it should be therefore it should be considered a fraudulent instrument”
It is a template form from HMC&TS and all that happens is that the blanks are filled in, such as the below
http://formfinder.hmctsformfinder.justi ... 66-eng.doc
https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/proce ... part02#2.6
Court documents to be sealed
2.6
(1) The court must seal(GL) the following documents on issue –
(a) the claim form; and
(b) any other document which a rule or practice direction requires it to seal.
(2) The court may place the seal(GL) on the document –
(a) by hand; or
(b) by printing a facsimile of the seal on the document whether electronically or otherwise.
(3) A document purporting to bear the court’s seal(GL) shall be admissible in evidence without further proof.
Court’s discretion as to where it deals with cases
2.7 The court may deal with a case at any place that it considers appropriate.

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.
If I read the news article correctly, he was arraigned in Jan when the judge slapped his nonsense down, and the trial is supposed to be in May???? So what was yesterday all about?
The thing being that Chrisy doesn't strike me as being overly blessed, or even blessed with the smarts, so I find it difficult to believe he'll manage to stay out of trouble between now and court date. It doesn't sound like the judge is buying any of his fake document claims, and if the notices got sent to the wrong address, then that was due to his having given them the wrong address, since they didn't just pull it out of the ether. He really is a BAD and stupid compulsive liar. His next court appearance may go VERY badly for him. As he so justly deserves.

I guess it was for him to give a formal plea, surprised he didn't go for 'no case to answer' I thought that was the standard !notorial dissent wrote:If I read the news article correctly, he was arraigned in Jan when the judge slapped his nonsense down, and the trial is supposed to be in May???? Are you referring to the date 1/3/17 ? In the UK unlike the states we write the day, month, year rather than month, date, year ?notorial dissent wrote:If I read the news article correctly, he was arraigned in Jan when the judge slapped his nonsense down, and the trial is supposed to be in May????
