Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group
If we rewind to our earlier hero Margo Tamm.
If you recall she was having great success!!1! with the housing association.
She'd thrown every fmotl template at them including the kitchen sink. What could possibly go wrong ???
Well, as of one hour ago, this. The inevitable.

My advice is go to Tesco and see if you can score some free boxes to help you pack up before you get evicted. Having everything neatly packed is a great convenience when the bailiffs start tossing your stuff in the street.

I don't think Tesco will have enough boxes for her million pages of template letters !Gregg wrote:My advice is go to Tesco and see if you can score some free boxes to help you pack up before you get evicted. Margo the idiot wrote:No court order.
Yes, just tell the bailiffs that they only have a warrant and not an order, that will stop the eviction. The Court wrote:The court has issued a warrant....

To be fair, I see no wax seal or wet ink signature on that 'warrant'. A chap in a hat used that argument and apparently he won at court!

How dumb is this person? Seriously, she and her band of idiots wonder why they're being evicted?

You have to wonder how people this stupid ever managed to get a housing association house in the first place. Or manage to feed themselves come to that. They seem to believe any crackpot theory, preferably one that says they don't have to pay their bills, without so much as a scrap of evidence it works.
I'm sure if you set up a Facebook group telling people that they could put themselves beyond the law as long as they always carried a live frog and sprig of parsley some idiot would believe it and get themselves evicted.

There was a guy on the BBC show the Sheriffs are coming this morning who was squatting on land(with around 30 others)that claimed they had made the land a separate Country and that due to that the eviction was illegal, when that failed he went down the whole "i've studied law for 3 decades and your documents are fraudulent" " i don't have a name so no one will help me, and your trying to stop me from living on this planet" , he even claimed to be a mind reader. He was eventually escorted from the premises.longdog wrote:You have to wonder how people this stupid ever managed to get a housing association house in the first place. The amount of nonsense these idiots produce/spout/shout and scream is at first hilarious but it soon wears thin and just leaves me shaking my head in frustration that people can be so stupid.

That group seems to be nothing but a catalogue of abysmal and very public failure. If the idiot that runs it had 28.3495231 grams of common sense or self awareness they'd shut it down.

Right, So, they're living in a council house (below market rate rent, secured tenancy) and they're receiving, at a minimum, housing benefit (which is limited for under-occupancy by the so-called "bedroom tax").Michael Lukas Kaleb wrote:will I be kicked out of my council house if I do lawfully rebel
I'm really not sure this is in keeping with being in lawful rebellion - shouldn't the barons be providing all this for them now? In return for their indentured service toiling in the fields without pay or fighting in their wars, of course.

Re: "practical lawful dissent" fmotl advisory group
To invoke lawful rebellion under Article 61, they'd have to BE the Baron. More specifically, they'd have to be a member of an elected council of 25 barons. There's also the slight problem that this clause was repealed 800 years ago, but let's not get hung up on details.Forsyth wrote:I'm really not sure this is in keeping with being in lawful rebellion - shouldn't the barons be providing all this for them now? Well, as of one hour ago, this. The inevitable.
The letters from the HA say she can apply to suspend the possession order, the notice of eviction says she can suspend the Order under certain circumstances but not one of them are giving her the advise she needs.

And that you have to already be a Baron to elect a Baron and so on, and none of them qualify.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

I love the lady who was in Lawful Rebellion, but sadly forgot about it just when it mattered most.
