JULIAN: I recommend we try Per verulium ad camphorum actus injuria linctus est.
SANDY: That's your actual Latin.
HORNE: What does it mean?
JULIAN: I dunno - I got it off a bottle of horse rub, but it sounds good, doesn't it?

But I suppose to him it is not.

It looks like our demented friends are planning a party. Their own version of the infamous Wankfest that btatb hosted a while ago.
The great news is that Hayley (aka Cilla Golightly) is invited. She's married to Jesus Christ apparently so the dinner conversation should be great at wankfest 2.

Re: Sovrun Paraleguls
As far as I know, an organisation can't claim to be a charity unless it is a registered charity.
But SovParas merely claims to be "a charitable trust", and there is no requirement (again AFAIK) for registration etc if they are merely "charitable". (I once ran a "charitable" organisation that wasn't a "charity", but we did consider it, for the tax benefits.)
I don't know about any implications behind "trust".

I so don't want to know, let alone even think about it.
The fact that you sincerely and wholeheartedly believe that the “Law of Gravity” is unconstitutional and a violation of your sovereign rights, does not absolve you of adherence to it.

David is still working hard to bump up the parking fine and still talking bollocks. David (I don’t pay council tax) has just come back from holiday abroad, so found this comment interesting, as yet unanswered by David.

Still waiting for your explanation why you had a passport? That means your not practicing what you teach as you have created so called joined with the government by confirming your identity, and consenting to government checks? Bit of a contradiction to the legal name fraud, having a legal ID"

If I remember correctly, they would need to register with the Charity Commission if their income was over £5,000 a year. Or stop claiming to be 'charitable'...But SovParas merely claims to be "a charitable trust", and there is no requirement (again AFAIK) for registration etc if they are merely "charitable".

yup - https://www.gov.uk/guidance/how-to-regi ... quote]When to apply to register your charityJohn Uskglass wrote:If I remember correctly, they would need to register with the Charity Commission if their income was over £5,000 a year.
Usually, you must register with the Charity Commission if your charity is based in England or Wales and has over £5,000 income per year. The commission will take action to secure compliance if it identifies a charity which isn’t registered but should be.
If your charity is a charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) it must register whatever its income.[/quote]

Today's win comes from rebel Daryl. Whilst not uploading his gibberish document, this reply seems to imply he's sent the usual rubbish plus the good old fee schedule.
Of course, the fact he's asking for all the papers after judgement obtained already is lost on him.
Well played.
