Re: Rekha Patel loses her house
Burnaby take note: we in the U.K. are officially crazier now than the Canadian effort. Whereas your lot eventually saw the light and sloped off, our crazies will continue the Footle cause and will never deprive us, their fans, of an enduring source of entertainment.
Rekha is playing with fire here as this will certainly not go unnoticed by her current employers. Bringing the teaching profession into disrepute is gross misconduct for which you can be sacked.
Who is Ken Thompson by the way - where does he fit in? Good effort on his part to ramp up the foolishness.

Answering my own question It's Ken the film maker (D'oh!) I should have realised. Although he's left the land of media for an equally successful career as a not-so m'learned McKenzie friend.
With friends like Ken Rekha is well and truly doomed.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house
That was pretty difficult to read, but sounds pretty typical apart from one snippet.
One of the defendents was calling the legal profession incompetent "While performing some sort of ritual"
A sacrifice, possibly? That's the kind of detail that gets you a job in Fleet Street, lad, if you don't glossup over it.
Maybe they will be ready for them on Friday, with the sharpest beak, and the burliest court staff on hand.
I suggest they send out to the local sex toy shop for a few ball gags.
I do not know if a remand in custody for medical reports is available in a Magistrate's court. It would be one way of getting their attention.

If the court has no jurisdiction why did the two defendants turn up at court?

I'm predicting a no nonsense District Judge will be sitting and will have issued a number of Contempt of Court charges by end of play tomorrow.Siegfried Shrink wrote:That was pretty difficult to read, but sounds pretty typical apart from one snippet.

That's why they adjourned it then.
Wonder if Rehka will turn up on Friday if she thinks she has won already ?

Surprised no youtube videos of the win have been uploaded
Was Chrisy Morris there to back her up, like she did for him ?The group then insisted on remaining in the public gallery, eventually forcing the courtroom to close, with other scheduled hearings having to be moved to other courtrooms.
The defendants and their party were ultimately escorted from the court by security officers, claiming then that they had dismissed themselves.
The group was still in the building an hour later, threatening to call the police and have a woman working in the court arrested for refusing to release the names of the court representatives at the hearing.

Especially as he obviously knows nothing about his role as a McKenzie Friend. (He isn't allowed to address the court for one.)exiledscouser wrote:Answering my own question It's Ken the film maker (D'oh!) I should have realised. There looks to be a few things to look forward to tomorrow. A possible no-show which presumably will result in warrants being issued. Only the gang of two show up. The two plus a handful of supporters turn up. Prediction - beefed up security will remove at least one of them and at least one will be held in contempt - and Friday isn't a good day to get arrested for contempt or anything else because they won't hear the case until Monday at the earliest.

Oohh Betty! (* may need explaining to non-UK readers) But it got moved to Friday. Is this a case of premature entrailectomy? Has she fallen foul of some archaic law which will see her hung from the giblets?Penny Wise wrote:Can anyone confirm if Betty the chicken has paid the ultimate price for the actions of freeman ?

She's going to come out of this jobless, homeless and penniless. And those encouraging her will describe it as a win.
I wish the Glossop Chronicle had been a bit more forthcoming about the sort of ritual Cheryl was doing. Enquiring minds want to know - was she skyclad? Did she sacrifice something? Summon a demon?

I don't need to note it, I've already acknowledged the demented dedication of your remaining idiots;exiledscouser wrote:Burnaby take note: we in the U.K. are officially crazier now than the Canadian effort. viewtopic.php?f=52&t=11504&p=249965#p249965But, just when everything was collapsing here in Canada you Brits took over the mantle and the UK Quatloos forum exploded with Tom Crawford and Peter of England.
Tom Crawford decided not to pay his mortgage and ended up losing his house. We'd already been through that with the Volks;
viewtopic.php?f=48&t=9418
Peter of England had a free money scheme with his WeRe bank. Been there and done that with Menard's Freeman debit cards.
So you're going through the same evolutionary process that we did although your idiots seem to have a somewhat more dedicated remaining core than Canada. The big difference for me is proximity. When I reported on Canadian issues I could attend many of the trials. I could go to court registries and get copies of the documents and put them on Quatloos. I attended Freeman seminars and became acquainted with at least the main local actors. I took a few out to lunch! But I'm happy to say I'm just a bystander to the British madness. And, with nothing of real relevance to contribute, I ramble on about real ale and pubs.
"Yes Burnaby49, I do in fact believe all process servers are peace officers. I've good reason to believe so." Robert Menard in his May 28, 2015 video "Process Servers".

In the true vein of FMOTL they have made all officials walk out, had the case continued until tomorrow, and are celebrating their great victory.
What are the odds they do not show up, having convinced themselves of a great victory today? If so, what can we expect to happen next, will we see her get new free accommodation paid for in full, Victory!
