There's a reference in the GJ transcripts to a video at the RV dealership in which Heather discusses the shenanigans with the Certificates of Deposit but I haven't been able to find it.

No, he's just a con man. After he encouraged her to go, assured her he had made some arrangements and all, I think he was surprised she actually went. He tried, and pretty hard, to waive her off and when the Secret Service called him from the White House gate, using the number Heather gave them, he hung up on them as soon as they said who they were. She then called him on her own phone, got him on the line and handed the phone to the agent, and when she got back on the line with him, he told her it might take a few days, scheduling conflict, don't ya know.

I just read some stuff again. When Heather called and then handed the phone to the SS Agent, he talked to Karl Langenstein (Panama Jack) he told the SS that he didn't know who she was. The guy is in a non-extraditable country and he was spooked. What a stand up guy!

Re: OPPT (One Person's Public Trial) - Tucci-Jarraf
I happened across* a mildly interesting recorded conference call, Heather, in all her glory holding court and slinging her crap. The call was posted to YouTube on July 9th, two days after Randy buys his RV and Heather does mention the purchase but not the arrest. My ~impression~ is that she isn't concealing it but rather it either hadn't occurred yet or she hadn't heard about it.
Also of interest is one of the callers, one who was given over an hour of air time in sorta a cohost role and a significant amount of respect was Harvey "Dent" Denson. The respect went both ways, Harvey asks Heather for her advice and opinion and good lord to she ever give him a steaming helping of it. Which is something Harvey seems to be in the process of pretending never happened. This past week Harvey has turned on his former benefactors, "officially" kicking both Randy and Heather out of the "movement" and denying they made any contribution to Harvey's "family," strongly implying that they were sent by someone to sidetrack his efforts.
https://youtu.be/zKZVI2YByLg?t=16m25s
That link is synced up to where Heather comes on the call. At about 25:30 Heather sorta boasts about how many sovcit groups she had to hang with to learn all this stuff. 27:10 she claims the Montana Freeman were the group that came the closest to finding the "truth" which is why the government did and said bad thing to and about them. At 39:55 Harvey comes on the call and Heather mentions Randy's RV at about 50 minutes even. The call is close to three hours long and not even I have enough sins to atone for to make me listen to the whole thing.
* To be honest, I didn't find this call, the guy running a YouTube channel called Bleeding Edge Digital did, his YouTube search skills are better than mine. I don't agree with all of his content, only most of it, but he does a darn good job of following the ACH fraud fad and his videos are well worth checking out.

Randy was not arrested until 11th July, that was before it got real.

Can you deduce whether Heather got it from Harvey or vice versa?
Update: the audio is definitely a smoking gun. I think Heather got this shit from Harvey.

I think I disagree. The codswallop load of UCC papers Heather tried to file with the court in DC and will certainly try to file in Tennessee have date stamps going back to 2012 and before and they also bear the name Charles C. Miller, you know of him Jeffrey. Heather may be only three steps removed from Roger Elvick as far as all this Redemption mishegas goes.Jeffrey wrote:Can you deduce whether Heather got it from Harvey or vice versa?

I never saw Harvey's original ACH YouTube channel, to the best of my understanding it was made to go away so I don't know exactly when he started pushing the notion. But by the time of the audio I linked to in my previous post it seems he had enough of a following that Heather and her audience knew who he was, I don't remember where but she once credited him with adding the electronic ACH angle to the scheme but we can call that catering to his ego because she has to know he didn't invent it. He was clearly calling in to ask her advice but at the same time he was talked about as someone "being in the spotlight" which we can all be sure is the only reason his $2 million in CDs at Barclays didn't go through.
If we take him at his word and he's given ample reasons not to but he started his "movement" in December of last year. At a bare minimum Heather has a good six+ years lead on him, even if the secret trust crap was only a sideline to all the other crap she was selling. But this is one of the few forums on the net to have been paying some level of attention to her for most of that time, if anyone has corrections or additions they will have my thanks.
One question for the legal eagles, I can't help but wonder if Heather was playing her own ACH games or if she was only playing people for puppets. If she was trying to access her secret birth bond account would that be relevant to her charges and brought out at trial?

Maybe. Federal Rule of Evidence 404 permits the admission of evidence of prior crimes and wrong acts under certain circumstances--generally as collateral evidence, or evidence of something other than the commission of the charged offense. For example, if she tried the TDA stuff and it failed, that could be admitted as evidence that she was aware that Randy could not actually get money out of such account, and therefore that she knew the source of the funds was illegitimate. If she was trying to access her secret birth bond account would that be relevant to her charges and brought out at trial?
FRE 404 is basically twenty gallons of rules, exceptions, gray areas and conundrums poured into a ten-gallon hat. I will not pretend to understand it, so this answer is worth what you paid for it.

I'm deeper in the audio and Heather does say she was trying herself to access the secret account, of course that's from Heather and she could be lying. I might be interpreting the audio wrong but it certainly seems to imply that Heather got the CD liquidation idea from Harvey.
There's also quite a lot of detail into how they're using the TDA theory to exploit flaws in Paypal's systems which I once did accidentally. Basically Paypal allows you to link bank acccounts to your Paypal account, this allows you to pay for things via paypal then have it deducted from your bank account. However there's a delay in the system which means that if you use a fake bank account or a closed account, you can spend money via Paypal then when Paypal attempts to get the money from the accounts, Paypal gets stuck with the balance.

Surely the whole point here is that Randy has got hold of a $500,000 RV which no one else has come close to?
Only for small amounts though I would think, and related to track record and previous history.Jeffrey wrote:There's also quite a lot of detail into how they're using the TDA theory to exploit flaws in Paypal's systems which I once did accidentally. Hell, I don't always agree with my content. LOL. I am learning the whole YouTube thing as I go along. And sometimes I'm just sniffing and following. Other times it's late nights and swimming in the sovcit conspiracy muck, getting some on me and thinking the whole group are sitting in a studio somewhere plotting this scam together. Easy to get some of that muck on me when I'm in the pool too long.
As for Heather's call. I'll admit that I couldn't listen to the whole thing either. I've actually learned a neat trick where I use the closed captions, download the transcript file and then keyword search it. Saves a ton of time and helps me find what I'm looking for.
Thanks again for all that you guys do here. It's inspiring and really educates me on how many of the facets of these scams work.

I think I pretty much agree on several points here. It would seem that Harvey is at the very least the "source" for the CD money laundering idea, and I'd very much like to know where he came up with that from. To be honest, based on everything I've seen out of Heather to date, I really don't think she is all that smart, in several sense of the word. She is a fairly good con artist within certain limits and parameters of the affinity variety, she happens to prey on the new age woo variety since they are largely easy targets. Based on what I have seen and heard directly from her, so to speak, she is basically a thief/plagiarist. She borrowed/stole the OPPT stuff essentially from Miller, and who knows who he got it from, I'm not sure who she got the being doing bull hooey from, although it does sound familiar just can't place it, and she admits to "researching: other sovcit groups for the current TD scam. It would seem that none of this is really "hers" but an agglomeration of things she has appropriated from various sources to suit her needs of the moment.

I agree here. Harvey seems to have given her the CD idea. But I think she's been channeling the great and delusional wizardress Rev. Dr. Druanna Raven Moon Fawn Wails Johnston for a long time.

Some more juice courtesy of the "hand on the till" audio from HATJ. Remember we had doubts about how USAA was able to get screenshots of the mobile banking app transactions? Turns out it was HATJ that told Randy to take screenshots of the app, stated around minute 50.

I doubt very much that they needed her own self incrimination. I'm willing to believe that USAA has something in their system that is capable of re-creating exactly every transaction on their system, down to verbatim keystroke logging, allowing them to show exactly what Randy did.

Out of curiosity, does anyone remember which old OPPT conference call contained the caller who allegedly committed suicide?
Re: Gregg. Yeah but screenshots of a mobile app take up one or two megabytes each, all USAA probably records is the actual transactions. The actual screenshots referred to in the GJ testimony must have been intentionally taken by Randall at the request of HATJ if the audio is to be believed. Which also raises the question of why Heather isn't being charged with more than one count when there's teleconference audio showing her involvement didn't start with the money laundering but rather from the beginnning of the entire thing. Is it possible the feds haven't heard this audio, should someone tip them off?

They don't need actual screenshots, they much more likely have keystroke logging, which preserves what keys the user entered verbatim, and by loading the software and repeating these keystrokes, they can recreate the screenshots. I'm fairly certain that they keystroke logs are admissible in court as long as its pointed out to the court what they are and that they are not screenshots.Jeffrey wrote:Out of curiosity, does anyone remember which old OPPT conference call contained the caller who allegedly committed suicide?

Of course, they could just get all this from the NSA

This sounds to my ear like it wasn't actual, literal screenshots, but a database replay that was brought into the grand jury.Q. So you were saying these were basically screen shots?
A. Right.
Q. Where did you get these?
A. These were provided to us by USAA. And it's my understanding these were—so what USAA does, they have a data base, right, where they're able to—when someone has a—has a session, they log in, they have a session. They're able to essentially save that within their data base for an amount of—for a number of days. And in cases like this where we have fraudulent activity they're able—we re able to reach out to them and they're able to provide us exactly what the member in this case, Mr. Beane would have been looking at when this transaction took place.

Well that clears it up, they weren't actual screenshots then.
Could someone who was here for the OPPT stuff verify whether I'm remembering this wrong but I have a strong memory of a guy that would call to the OPPT radio shows that was broke and called in multiple times asking when the free money would arrive and that a few months later on the radio shows it was said that he had committed suicide?
