Very true, but be that as it may, going around and accusing people of being child sex offenders; I would expect at some stage someone is going to do this jackass some harm.letissier14 wrote:Can't see any bailiffs wanting to hurt him especially after how much extra income he generates for them with his antics.

Two days allocated to his case? For obstruction of an HCEO that should have been settled by the magistrates!

If true, which I very much doubt with Chrissy as it is obviously a cry for attention, it would more likely be someone that he helped !!1! rather than a Bailiff. Let's face it, Chrissy's help has helped pay for many a Bailiff Xmas partyletissier14 wrote:Can't see any bailiffs wanting to hurt him especially after how much extra income he generates for them with his antics.

It is a sad consequence that these "activists" think they are helping people, and that people whom advised otherwise are labelled as "trolls" or "pedos".....Penny Wise wrote:If true, which I very much doubt with Chrissy as it is obviously a cry for attention, it would more likely be someone that he helped !!1! rather than a Bailiff. The damage they end up causing is usually more than then the original, but they never see that.

Didn't he previously claim that it was not an appeal but a rehearing or some nonsense ?letissier14 wrote:
The above, clearly states appeal

Maybe he forgot to pay off his bookie?? But I doubt they'd want to kill him, at least until he'd paid up.

Play on words on his part I suspect. An appeal to Crown Court appealing against conviction in Magistrates, takes the form of a new hearing of the whole case. However it's an appeal, the existing conviction stands unless and until an appeal decides in his favour.Penny Wise wrote:Didn't he previously claim that it was not an appeal but a rehearing or some nonsense ?

Would it not only be contempt of Court (if it is) for the person that made the recording and not for anyone that was to post a link to such a recording ?

Publishers can get done for publishing contempt of court items.

I very much doubt Quatloos or its owner / 'staff' could be found in contempt for hosting a link to the video as they are not within the jurisdiction of the court. If the person posting the was in the UK or a British subject then they could well be in trouble so I wouldn't advise it.
If, for the sake of argument, a US citizen were to post the link then I can't see any problem.

Don't do it please. It does risk contempt of court. Please remember this could be considered an ongoing case in English law so only verbatim reports of court proceedings are allowed until the case is concluded. We don't want to be arguing the point with the judiciary.Colin123 wrote:Silly billy Chrisy recorded his court mention

If someone has recorded the hearing that is their own choice and, IMHO and IANAL, risks contempt of court. There is no need for Quatloos to spread the alleged recorded information.

Re: Chrisy Morris - Parking Tickets and Bailiffs.
Have you actually sent it to Manchester Crown Court Colin? I'm assuming it's the recording Chrisy did in his mention while on video link from Chelmsford court to Manchester this week? If he's recorded and distributed it himself (who else could have?), what was originally merely an appeal for obstructing a court enforcement officer is now looking like pretty serious shit that could end up with a custodial.Colin123 wrote: If anyone wants to post it, Ill send it to them lol
