Ye gods.
So Neelu intends to remove Wes Streeting MP from parliament if he fails to provide all her many and varied demands for “remedies”.
Is there no limit to this woman’s powers?

I find occasions where they engage normal people in crazy telephone conversations too cringe making to listen to.

She could be soon having the same trouble as Sabine McNeill, eviction notwithstanding...

That's odd... I thought Redbridge Council had been dissolved by Neelu for treason and failing to uphold god's laws.

And on and on and on....They came to evict me from my home forcibly, due to housing benefit denial frauds by the council, Redbridge council, which when Edward Ellis, equity lawyer, tried to serve them with his documents for corruption, of criminal cover-up of murders and firearms thefts by [name redacted] in the Romford County Court, organised criminal, convicted criminal, with at least 54 convictions, was occupying an office in the Romfort County Court as an immigration lawyer, and growing drugs on the farms in Sussex.

"Edward Ellis, equity lawyer"....
I wonder if this guy got his legal education, such as it is, from some (ahem) unofficial law school which teaches True Common Law, the Supremacy of Article 61, and other such Blackstonian tidbits, and operates out of a semi-disused warehouse, somewhere.

Old Edward is still at it?- wonder how long before they declare him a vexious litigant?
He has obviously not changed: from a judgment against him in 2008 against his suspension as a solicitor in 2006
“The substantive application came before Goldring J who observed that it was extremely difficult to follow and consisted, among other things, of allegations of corruption against the judiciary and very many others. He said that much of the application was wholly incomprehensible.”
He was finally struck off entirely in 2013
(http://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/solicit ... 04.article)
I suspect this is the one Neelu was babbling on about, she (amongst others) is mentioned
https://taylorspoliticalcolumn.files.wo ... tate-2.pdf
I think that Mr Goldring was right, and Edward certainly hasnt improved if this is evidence of his “filings”- “much of the application was wholly incomprehensible.” indeed

Re: UK - Neelu Berry opens my eyes
Nutty Neelu has got tired of waiting for the various scams promising relief to come to fruition. So to that end, she's off to court to try and make it happen. An application has been made to the "Qiueens" bench, whatever branch of the court that is.
then look who pops up, no doubt hoping to ingratiate himself with another circle of nut jobs. Or perhaps expert in FA is going to represent Neelu - what a case that would be!!!1!!

Re: UK - Neelu Berry opens my eyes
Question: "Who should be served with this application?"
Answer: "No one"
If she ever files this at court I foresee the word 'gibberish' being used liberally.

Surprised that she isn't already on the vexatious litigants list. Maybe this application will fix that lacunae

It'll remain to be seen if it ever even becomes an application. All we've seen so far is an incompletely completed form which contains little but gibberish. Anybody can produce something similar in minutes.Hercule Parrot wrote:Surprised that she isn't already on the vexatious litigants list. Maybe this application will fix that lacunae
