I've lost count of the number of extreme right groups that have been run by people with long criminal records... Usually records of violence. I suppose by their very nature they attract people who have no sense of empathy with their fellow human beings and people with no empathy treat people badly.

Mercifully these groups implode sooner or later and as often as not it's because the leaders can't abide sharing leadership with each other. They all want to be the uber-fuhrer.

They don't look like brave warriors for White Christianity, more like a bunch of street drinkers. Most have more criminal convictions than teeth, and every one of them a waste of oxygen.

I confess to some interest in the female at far right edge. Maybe my stereotypes involved here, but she looks relatively young, well-dressed and intelligent. Does she understand that she is posing and smiling with a hate mob who dream of the day they can start executing gays, Muslims, social workers etc? There's going to be some karma coming her way if anyone recognises her.

Unfortunately HP, most of these constitutional protection soldiers are from a generation by-gone where simply being from the last relic of the Roman (Norman/Viking/Saxon/Battenberg) island was enough to discredit any reasonable thought.

I know I’m very critical of the average Brit these days, but times move fast and the days of influencing the other commonwealth countries is fast eroding.

People like these need to understand Britain’s position in the world, and exactly what we never got correct....

In my opinion The fall of Rome has almost had many parallels as the fall of the British empire but the lessons simply won’t be learned.

Fast eroding? You flatter yourself. The British influence in Canada is exactly nil. Most Canadians have no idea what the commonwealth is or that we still belong to it.
