Another thing not right in Harvey’s world. Hawaii has passed a law you can own a gun, or have a medical marijuana card, but not both.
Guess it’s a good thing HD lives in California.

Actually, it's federal law which prohibits gun ownership by users of illegal drugs (and marijuana is illegal under federal law even in states which have legalized it).Another thing not right in Harvey’s world. Harvey's latest conspiracy is that having a medical marijuana card puts people into a database of marijuana users, so the feds will be finding those people and taking their guns away.
It must be very difficult for Harvey to live in a world where everybody is involved in a conspiracy to destroy him. Luckily, he has his online family to give him unwavering support. Well.... there is some wavering lately.... but he's still a hero to many.

Re: Harvey Dent and the Intellectual Freedom Movement
There seems to be some justification for this. From something spotted in passing, Hawaii seems to have proposed or enacted such a law, card or gun but not both. Considering the usual effects of weed are pleasantly soporific, I do not see it being a factor in making a gun owner more dangerous but drug laws are as irrational as the users.RSVPini wrote:Harvey's latest conspiracy is that having a medical marijuana card puts people into a database of marijuana users, so the feds will be finding those people and taking their guns away.

Re: Harvey Dent and the Intellectual Freedom Movement
Yes, there actually is some justification for Harvey's paranoia in this case. I did some research after reading your post.
Though it appears that in California, where Harvey lives (and so do I), people were not required to register with the state in order to get a medical marijuana card and as of 2018 people don't need any type of card because it's legal now for recreational purposes.
The funniest thing about Harvey's latest rant is that it is the 8th video posted by him since he announced his retirement from YouTube one week ago.

Harvey's paranoia likely has another more simple and herbal reason. Some pot users regardless of quantity get paranoid and progressively weirder, and the longer the usage the more the effect. I suspect Harvey's tox panel would be quite interesting.

Out of curiosity, have they banned people who consume alcohol from firearms ownership as well?nancydrew wrote:Another thing not right in Harvey’s world. Hawaii has passed a law you can own a gun, or have a medical marijuana card, but not both.
I still shudder when I remember visiting friends of a friend in Louisiana years ago and found a loaded Glock in their cutlery draw, complete with a chambered round. This was a house with their kids and kids friends, all aged around 7 or 8 running round in it....
And for evening entertainment, let’s all get drunk and go plinking.
Seriously scary people.

Others are better qualified to answer but various states have laws against waving your 2nd Amendment sex toy about while intoxicated. If that is a felony(with the possibility of over a year in jail), then no more guns. The Seventh String wrote:Out of curiosity, have they banned people who consume alcohol from firearms ownership as well?

A new video from Harvey rambles a bit as usual, but includes a brilliant new scheme to make money. Or something. He wants more subscribers, because he says people are dropping out as fast as they join. I cannot really see the point of it all but ,aybe spomeone can.
What I cannot see is him actually paying out the rewards he promised to random subscribers if his targets are met.

It sounds too much like a very old con that used to be conducted by snail mail, for what the stock market calls a pump-and-dump. Harvey hopes to get an enormous conga line going to put money into one specific stock on cue, possibly one that Harvey is already owns a lot of, as they buy the price goes up and when the price is high enough Harvey sells his shares to his followers (without, of course, telling them that he's unloading) and makes a tidy profit. Suddenly Harvey is no longer interested in that stock and maybe stops communicating with his flock. Or maybe he experiments to see how many of them can be fooled twice.

Good plan. The whole crowd doesn't have enough money to influence an EBay auction.

Ole HD says he’s hit rock bottom and he’s gonna change his tune! Like we haven’t heard he’s going to stop posting on YouTube. I think the last time was less than 24 hours. Could be because him and his videos were entered as exhibits in the RKB and HATJ trial. If I remember correctly it was asked “well is HD in jail?”

Harvey has lost faith in TDA accounts but now he has a fine line of BS about the Federal Reserve.
But now they are FR private trust accounts. What this video amounts to is nothing. He purports to still believe in secret accounts but they have somehow receded from accessibility. Hard to tell what the purpose of this is apart from click bait, and I can't see it making any money for him or attracting any new followers as there are no 'instructions'.

As much as it stroked Harvey's ego to hear his name mentioned in the HATJ/RKB trial, I think that did put the fear into him. Earlier this month one of his disciples, Marvin, started making TDA videos and asking Harvey for advice. That's when the backpedaling really kicked up. Check out Marvin's YouTube channel. Priceless videos. This is just one example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TccHaxqppNQ&t=6s

Ole HD doubling down on the secret accounts. Hope these videos just make him a bigger target that the Feds will finally do something! He bases off a video by someone named Poppa Nichols, who shows screen shot after screen shot of ACH transactions with the word verified. Yea it Verified it’s a valid routing number and nothing more!

Harvey's ego is the reason there is more than enough evidence of his illegal adventures to convict him. If the feds think it's worth their time to go after him, his own videos with be all that's needed to prove the case against him.
He doesn't realize how obvious it is to anyone who is paying attention that he is attempting to undo what can't be undone. With each new video he digs a deeper hole for himself...
Give an ego driven fraudster enough rope and.....

Dents new money making scheme appears to be the old fraudulent 1099 OID scheme.

Never let it be said that HD has an original scam of his own! He’s currently borrowing from MB, Midwest and Eeon ( aka Brett Jones) and many others that came before him!

HD wants to be appointed administrator/executor for the old man living in the flop house. Talk about having the fox watch the hen house!
