Severally means that each of them is equally liable for the whole debt, as opposed to having to claim a fraction off each of them. So he could just pursue just one, or all of them.

But pursuing all of them in parallel would lead to a lot more cost, surely? Applying for Attachment of Earnings Orders, sending Bailiffs round etc. The initial £92 could easily grow into a far larger obligation, justifying further enforcement and recovery action. Which would be a terrible shame...

Are you serious? Are you assuming that any of this gang is actually employed?Applying for Attachment of Earnings Orders

Forgot of whom he was speaking, obviously. If there is anyone more judgment proof I can't think who they'd be at the moment.

Tom is old enough to have a state pension IIRC.

I look at it this way: if the entire Crawford clan is avoiding you over £92, that's £92 well spent.

Oh, and his Instagram has a recent entry about not being able to do any gym work for 5 months due to a wrist injury. https://www.instagram.com/p/BgT858Sh4zx ... craigswaysSoLongCeylon wrote: ↑Mon Mar 19, 2018 12:23 pmLast heard of he was flogging clip on teeth.....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TJRIC2Bn4SQ

This was posted on the PLD thread, but deserves an airing here for any Crawford followers. A full on 45 minute Powerpoint presentation of how it wasn't his fault, they stole his house, 27 riot vans, 2 choppers etc. etc. etc.

Re: The Crawfords Keep Looking For A Unicorn
Sounds like about 3 people turned up to Tom Crawford's "Chartist" speech in Nottingham on Sunday 18th March. I've just sat through it and that's 44mins I'll never get back. Highlights:
1. judges all seem to be "he". Come on Tom we're in the 21st century now.
2. the stats have been inflated on his Ferne Chase eviction - it's now 2 helicopters, 3 armed response units, 27 riot vans, 250 police and 850 freetards
3. "one or two police officers cried that day"
4. the "corrupt courts" broke the law by not charging him with burglary for his rooftop break-in, and it's cos they were scared of what details would come out about his mortgage
5.He quoted Einstein about the definition of insanity = repeating the same thing without learning from it - but he applied it to voters, rather than himself
6. He can't read his own Powerpoint words
7. He was right about one thing - debt: "Everyone in this room will owe something"
8. He compared his own situation to 14 year old boys going off to WW1 as canon fodder
9. He blamed the weather for not knowing his facts (41mins)
I've kindly summarised it so you don't have to waste your Saturday morning

Re: The Crawfords Keep Looking For A Unicorn
He usually ends with a sweeping upbeat message about how he’s just about to retake Casa Crawfraud, how the police will be paying him fifty billion dollars how his case will take down the establishment.
So, anything of that nature? No promises of “something big” just around the corner, no “imminent court victory” almost upon us?
It’s not that I’m too lazy to listen myself, I just can’t stand the shameless old fraud re-writing history.
Anyway Tom, history is always written by the victors.

Good point. HeWhoKnows might confirm it but I don't remember Tom mentioning that he would be getting his house back any day soon. So that part of the bullshit has been quietly dropped.

Well, the value of the place has certainly increased since the eviction:

Re: The Crawfords Keep Looking For A Unicorn
Nope, Crawfraud certainly didn't mention that he'd be getting his house back, he seems more interested in his new found career as lecturer on all things conspiracy. Although something tells me he won't make the money David Icke's made. Though he did mention that the house wasn't worth much - in 2015. It's made a tidy sum since tho, being up-dated by developers who possessed the forethought TC will never have.ArthurWankspittle wrote:

A thought occurred to me last night. Anyone else think Tom is the 21st century equivalent of the guy with the sandwich board with "Repent" and "The end is nigh", wandering around town centres.

To a certain degree yes he is the same by banging on the same message, however the guy with the sandwich board is telling a message that has truth to it as the end is nigh for us all as we never now when our time is up., Tom's message however will never come to pass.ArthurWankspittle wrote: ↑Sun Mar 25, 2018 10:03 am A thought occurred to me last night. Tom is definitely turning into the Nottingham equivalent of Sir David Icke.....
Although, I bet, he will never be as good at snooker commentary...
