The US penal system is extremely harsh; especially now since so much of it is privatized and run for profit.
There are some State functions which ought not to be privatized; the penal system is one.

Other than the use of that phrase (which he gets wrong), and trying to involve Jeff Sessions as a defendant, I don't see much in common with the HATJ approach. He doesn't say he is the source of all that is, invoke a factualized trust, dismiss the case on his own authority, or any such nonsense. Probably just a self-researched jailhouse pro se filing, where the author stumbled across the phrase and tried using it.

i called youssef right after i spoke with you.
while talking with him, we were all told to emergency lockdown… crystal uthe (IDN 488428) had another seizure while i was on the phone with him
6 medical staff responded and came in to attend her, along with sgt. wolf, pod officer chow (nickname), and approx. 3 other male officers… they just wheeled her to medical… hopefully, for everyone’s best interests, they will contact crystal’s neurologist and get her situated properly and immediately

Heather is discovering first hand what I and others have known by report for some years; that the US has the largest and more exploitative prison gulag in the world. How US citizens permit this systematic exploitation and abuse to continue has always appalled me. Do US citizens ever wonder about this? Do they ever wonder, are we really the most criminal people in the world?

Not to belabor a point but she actually is in prison by choice - she chose to do something illegal.

One of Heather's running fantasies which she mentions often is that she is in ongoing negotiations with what she calls the families. She means the group of elite families she believes rule the world through their ownership of the banking system and control of politics - Rothschilde etc.
The charade she is going along with is that the US government and judicial system still have any jurisdiction to convict or hold her. According to Heather they were foreclosed by her in 2012.
The families are making arrangements in the background to relinquish their control of the world; and President Trump will probably announce this any day now
