As a solid piece of advice I'd say defendants should, at all costs, avoid fucking around with Freeman nonsense at the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. The court has no tolerance for it whatever and has a vast experience in dealing with people like him. But then he's on trial for the agressive use of Freeman nonsense in the first place by swamping the court with vast quantities of sovereign documents which resulted in him being the test case for the Canadian equivalent of paper terrorism.

After Boisjoli was taken away, Simpson brought in the 114 potential jurors who had been called, and advised them the selection had been cancelled.

This isn't the decision where Boisjoli's charges were dropped. This is the previous decision where the judge decided to refuse to let Boisjoli proceed by jury and set the trial to be heard by a judge.

Sorry, I'd overlooked the discussion in another thread. I assumed this was one was following the events in the first post -- there is a transcript of them in the decision I cited, but that rules on something else.
