You're absolutely right. The cowardly fucker has used his wife as a shield while he hid in the background. It's nice to see the courts drag him out of the shadows and hold him to account for his despicable conduct. It's a shame his wife doesn't seem to have realised (so far at least) what sort of loathsome, cowardly bastard she's married to.

Potential FMOTL in Parliament? Why not - if only MI5 would stop the consipracy that got her vexatious litigant status?
Corbynista parliamentary candidate Mandy Richards is attracting a lot of attention for her somewhat idiosyncratic views on politics and the British state. Richards was selected by Labour to fight marginal Worcester (majority 2,500) despite the fact she is banned from bringing court cases without a judge’s approval after she made a string of vexatious (AKA bonkers) claims against MI5, the police and even Thames Water and Royal Mail. Guido brings you Mandy’s greatest hits…

Richards appeared to question the authenticity of media coverage of the Manchester terror attack, tweeting: “can news agencies, police or anyone else for that matter explain why still no image/footage of physical damage at Manchester arena?”
She described the murder of Jo Cox as an “incident conveniently bereft of evidence”.
Suggested the death of Joni Sledge (from band Sister Sledge) was the result of a hidden plot. She wrote: “How many more shock celebrity deaths before high incidence called into question?”
Posted a video suggesting footage of the Westminster terror attack was faked and dishonestly edited.
Suggested a scene from the movie Inception shows the state is using “dream manipulation to induce behaviour in military or potential terror attackers”. She claimed the technique ‘cultivates killer soldiers’…
Richards stood as a Labour candidate in the 2016 London assembly election and lost, after which she immediately brought a High Court action challenging the result. She blamed her loss on a conspiracy between the returning officer and Labour centrist group Progress…
According to the Sunday Times, she brought failed court cases against MI5, MI6, the Metropolitan Police, the British Army, Thames Water, and her gas, electricity and broadband suppliers, Royal Mail, Hackney council, her GP and the freeholder of her flat. Richards accused the organisations of putting her under surveillance, tampering with her car, bicycle and mail, breaking into her home and failing to stop alleged attempts to poison her…
As a result of her claims she was placed under 14 extended civil restraint orders by the High Court. As of this morning she remains a Labour candidate. One to watch for a Shadow Cabinet job…

I agree that she should be under observation, but I really doubt there is any official interest, I pretty well suspect they have long since written her off as a total crazy. She does sound like prime political material.

I for one think that Labour should be applauded for finding meaningful employment for the disabled. Perhaps the UK can set up a whole new parallel Parliament, where its differently-realitied citizens can debate the best ways to oppose and/or welcome the reptilian overlords, set up energy-based monetary systems, etc., without disturbing the peace of the rest of the realm. It should work out smashingly as long as they're careful to print the new body's legislative offerings on different-colored paper so they don't get accidentally signed into actual law.

The only problem I can foresee with this scenario would be consolidating that much competing crazy and irreconcilable opinion in one space would be the constant and all out warfare that would instantaneously erupt upon their convening. The one thing they WOULD have in common would be their NOT never ever playing well with others.

I've just had a look at the Wikipedia page for Worcester's voting record and it seems it is, at least theoretically, winnable by labour which makes the selection of a swivel eyed lunatic quite surprising. The selection of no-hope weirdos and extremist whack-jobs is common enough from all parties in "would elect a pig's bladder on a stick if it wore a <insert party colour of your choice here> rosette" constituencies but in this case a tad worrying. Well... For a life long lefty like me waiting to usher in a socialist utopia under Comrade Jezza it's a bit worrying anyway :-D

Hard as it may be to believe it could have been even stranger than him going on a rampage naked. He could have been wearing his pink dress.
On June 16, 2017, an employee of his father's business, J&J Cranes, called the Tazewell County Sheriff's Office to report that Reinking came down from his apartment wearing a pink dress and holding a rifle, an incident report states.

The judge has some total killer comebacks for all their nonsense threats to sue him lol

The contributions from the hapless Metes were typical, but all the rest was pure Justice Cocklecarrot. What a shambles. Lost bundles loom large.
It appears the case concerns unauthpriser dumping of waste material on a couple of pieces of land and a rather meaty profit for a northern farmer who is probably regretting the whole thing now.
The Metes made an agreement with Mr Swindells, he paid them £50,000 and they had or were going to have soil and waste dumped on the land that would cost the dumpers £200,000 to get rid of. Nice work if you can get it and there is a suggestion that after the dumping the raised land level would be the same as an adjacent property, presumably this could be made once more into natural looking farmland.
It appears the Metes went ahead with this plan, to what extent it is not clear but it does seem to have carried on for at least a year, without the benefit of permission from the Environment Agency, the body that regulates waste disposal, among other things. It remains a mystery if the permission was refused or if the Metes simply felt they were not bound by statutes and notified no-one.
Mr Swindells has a barrister, the Metes are representing themselves, so far to no effect. The judge was very patient. This particular hearing was to hear an application to dismiss by the defendents, on no rational grounds. It would have failed but due to an administrative cockup by the court or someone, a missing bundle of 700 odd pages was not provided and the application was not heard.. Ignoring the FMOTL Metes, the rest of the proceedings made me wonder how any case ever gets heard in less than ten years, or indeed in one generation. If the case ever goes to trial it should be an amazing read. Thanks to the Expert in FA, we saw this transcript, I doubt if anthing further will appear as it will be a monumental fail.

Some people enjoy car crash television. I don't have a television so I can't comment but I do enjoy car crash court transcripts as per this example.

Thanks Andy

You can't stop reading it though, you cringe (and snigger) at every idiot utterance the Metes make!

Seriously, you couldn't make it up !

I am not even sure why the Experts in FA are even posting this, it's like a pilot script for a rejected court room drama. Are we sure this isn't some form of deep cover staire?

Also cringing at every instance of delay and bungling by the justice system, which may yet lead an exasperated judge to throw this case out (which will be perceived by the Metes as a great victory).
