Or maybe answer all his questions at once:
"Dear George Tsigarides:
You have to pay your council tax.
You have to follow the laws of the United Kingdom.
There are no secret accounts you can access.
The end."

An obvious attempt by a desperate government to hide the Real Truth.TheNewSaint wrote: ↑Thu May 03, 2018 1:08 am Or maybe answer all his questions at once:

It is clear to see from this bold faced and devious lying reply that the truth is just the opposite.
If the ghost of Lord Denning, heralded by 100 angels with harps and trumpets were to appear to our George and present him with a gold embosssed copy of Halsbury's Laws of England, he would be unconvinced. Replies to FoI requests fall far short of this.

Re: George Tsigarides - The Stupid FOI archives
True. But the FOI's job is to answer his questions, not disabuse him of his stupid beliefs. My proposed letter fulfills the government's duty at minimal expense. Mr Tsigarides can be told in future to "see our previous reply."Siegfried Shrink wrote: ↑Thu May 03, 2018 6:12 am If the ghost of Lord Denning, heralded by 100 angels with harps and trumpets were to appear to our George and present him with a gold embosssed copy of Halsbury's Laws of England, he would be unconvinced. Would it were so simple. I exect they have some cut and paste stuff ready for the really nutty questions.
A modest administration fee, say £10, might be a good idea to deter frivolous requests, or at least to defray some of the cost of answering them. I'd exempt requests submitted through the Citizens Advice Bureau leaving a route for the truly indigent but possibly deterring the truly crazy.

I'm fairly sure that her question about birth certificates is one of the defining indicata.

She seems to have some sort of issue with social services:jonathan01n wrote: ↑Sun Dec 09, 2018 7:31 pm https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/user/ruth_grocock
Is this lady a sovcit? I don't really know?....

That could explain what lies behind a lot of her FOI activity. Whether that makes her SovCit or just a routine member of the angry\awkward squad is open to interpretation. It certainly could be the kind of incident that sends people down that road.

I don't know about being a sovcit, but I would certainly say fotl, and it all appears to have started with some form of family services issue(s), THAT SHE LOST. She seems to be convinced that the courts are out to get her from what I can see. They probably are, from what I can see of her postings she doesn't like people disagreeing with her, and her understanding of much of anything is pretty limited.

He seems fixated on the Local Government Act of 1888. While not a legal authority, it seems Wikipedia has a simple answer to all those specific requests stating that it was repealed by the Local Government Act of 1933. If a colonial can look it up instead of doing actual work in under 3 minutes, how can he not?

He could quite easily, however it wouldn't fit in with his agenda so he will ignore it and continue to beat his 1888 LGA drum.TBL wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 3:45 pm He seems fixated on the Local Government Act of 1888. If I recall correctly, some of these idiots think that older laws cannot be abolished by newer laws, with the Magna Carta being a prime example.TBL wrote: ↑Fri Sep 20, 2019 3:45 pm He seems fixated on the Local Government Act of 1888.
