TP "David William" soliciting for clients on Twitter and Dropbox

I came across the Twitter account @NoThanksIRS, which is promoting this brochure: https://www.dropbox.com/s/4p5th9m7zij69 ... 202017.pdf

The author, "David William," is running a Hendrickson-style scam, trying to drum up clients.

I think that is something that should be reported to Twitter, not that I have any faith in them acting, but I would think the promotion of a scam is against their T&C.

I'm not sure it's really possible. In reporting an account you can only select from a limited list of complaints and none of them really fit.

As for Stevens - if you do write about him, Q has a wealth of information. Like someone in the news a lot lately, he will claim anything as a win, including clear losses. We have links to actual court documents - unlike what Stevens posts - on many such cases.
