It seems the scary mobile blockers have stopped and you just need to stand nearer the window. To that end, Rekhas has done a rather pointless video. Its a little tour of the house, and she then reasons the house is hers simply due the amount of DIY time she put into it.

Why was he allowed to continue buying listed properties?AnOwlCalledSage wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 7:07 am I have mentioned before that I have a local authority background so I'm not giving away too much here. We had a landlord who specialised in buying properties in a conservation area and turning them into Homes of Multiple Occupancy, most often by ripping down the internal walls, taking out features and replacing the windows of grade II listed buildings.
Each time he did this he would be asked to put right the damage by the building inspector. Each time he refused. Each time the council would take him to court. Each time he would be landed with fines, costs awarded against him and a court order demanding he put it right.
It was never his fault, it was always the evil council out to get him. Strange how other developers in the same area never had a problem. Even stranger how he would never learn his lesson and would do it again.
Three cheers for the Lesser Evil!

Yeah, I see your and Hercule' s point. I meant to call Rekha the worst in a "most deluded" kind of way, but clearly Neelu is a worse case of the same type of behavior. Rekha is at least a one-topic nuisance, not going into banks and demanding huge Swissindo payments or throwing around pedophilia accusations.notorial dissent wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 2:17 am It is admittedly a matter of degree and there is no question that Neelu is not far and away the worser of the two, but Wrekha is and has been just as destructive and damaging to her former neighbor. So as far as I can see, neither gets a pass.

Councils can't stop anyone from buying a building. They look after planning permission and building control. Even if they try to control matters using planning permission they can be overruled on appeal to the Planning Inspectorate.

She's feeling very very sorry for herself ATM.
Hope she spares a thought for all the misery she has caused to others involved in this. I've just heard that she tried to sue the person who represented her in court 5 years ago as her expert witness, John Haines of H&H Solutions. It was because this building expert said the thackstones existed and she said they didn't. He became very ill about it and moved from Glossop to the south of England. John was a man in his early 60s when he sadly passed away last year.

What an ever charming bunch. They should all be confined on an uninhabited island and forced to share an old, drafty, no modern cons cottage. They ALL do so deserve each other. They are ALL thoroughly nasty, self centered, self absorbed, predatory wastes of protoplasm,
and otherwise just genuinely charming all around wonderful people. :sarcasm:

Are you sure it's 'spent' that quickly, I thought it was a lot longer and for anyone working with children the conviction is never 'spent'.daltontrumbno wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 9:34 amShe already has a criminal conviction from last year for obstruction of a enforcement agent, the conviction was not enough to her sacked, but these days having any form of unspent conviction pretty much bars you from the teaching profession. If she accepts defeat and keeps her nose clean for the next year or so her conviction will be spent and she will be able to teach again.exiledscouser wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 8:51 am According to the linked article Rekha has resigned from her teaching job.
She’s intending to work as a supply teacher but eventually, when the inevitable criminal conviction happens, something she seems to be positively pursuing then good luck getting a CRB check.

I agree, achieving this record loss has taken time, effort and lots of money.

To me, she seems to be realising the end is coming. After all, how long can you go on living in a house with nothing in it and seemingly hardly any supporters present. Even support from Amanda Crawford via Facebook isn't sustainable!SteveUK wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 10:33 am It seems the scary mobile blockers have stopped and you just need to stand nearer the window. Monday July 2nd will the the third anniversary since old Tom Crawfraud got kicked out. Wouldn't it be appropriate if July 2nd 2018 was the day Wrekha finally got put out for good.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house
I am just wondering, if she has successfully taken the cottage back, why is she not out celebrating, and enjoying her victory, instead of being holed up in the cottage, like a prisoner in exile. I think that Deep Down, she knows it is no longer hers. I believe she has seen the Land Registry update, and even though she screams FRAUD, she has previously made a big deal about the LR being the only reliable indicator of ownership. She knows her days are numbered, and even though she doesn't believe it should say what it does, the fact is, it does, and now she has nothing to show the police when they inevitably arrive, and arrest her. She has nothing left, but baseless charges of conspiracy, bribery, kickbacks, brown envelopes, russians, illuminati, etc all conspiring against little Wreka, who did absolutely nothing wrong.
It is a sad story of self entitlement, and following the path that agrees with you, although not necessarily the right path. I agree with others, in that there is a frustration that she essentially threw her life away due to here own selfishness, and incapacity to admit to being wrong, and accepting responsibility. Unfortunately, not being her fault has cost her everything. Hoping her supportive family will take her in, after the eventual fallout.

Sort of like a a Freemen corollary to Independence day around the same time. While one represents independence from British rule, the Freeman version is perversely the full implementation of British rule, on a specific subject. Plus don't forget the roll of the encouragers who told her she was right and to carry on fighting. All those twats in the first video who babbled on about fraudulent conveyance of language, people like Cwissy Morris, all those people helped Wrekha go deeper and deeper into the hole. These people are now back in their houses ( that they never put at risk ) enjoying the sunshine and Facebooking constantly.NYGman wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 4:24 pm I am just wondering, if she has successfully taken the cottage back, why is she not out celebrating, and enjoying her victory, instead of being holed up in the cottage, like a prisoner in exile. Rekha knows its the end. She's hit the high watermark of her footler antics and now it's time to recede out to the lonely, homeless, unemployed, broke & lack of supporters ocean.

You do wonder if this is at its apogee and support and interest will wane as lawful process takes its lumbering path to the inevitable conclusion. This time next year Cwissy will have a new interest and Rekha will be in pub back rooms with Tom Crawford telling 30 FMOTLs, SovCits and conspiracy theorists how her house was stolen by Freemasons, Jesuits and the Rothschilds.SoLongCeylon wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 4:56 pmPlus don't forget the roll of the encouragers who told her she was right and to carry on fighting. It is amazing how it seems almost a dead cert that the CLC will make whatever legal dispute you have go away. Every case that get brought seems to go the way of the applicant. It is as if it was just a Giant Rubber Embossed Seal on the legal position, I think its right, so it must be so. This is one amazing court, civil or criminal, you are guaranteed to win, step right up, pay your few Bob, and presto, Victory. Funny, isn't this the exact same behaviour they accuse the real courts of doing, the difference being the "real courts" don't have a 100% win rate, like the CLC does.

Re: Rekha Patel loses her house
I have followed a small number of lower profile cases with fmotl connections or elements. All exhibited a similar characteristic of being encouraged by a “guru” and supported by a clique of cheerleaders rabble rousers. When the crunch came another similarity emerged, all the hangers on suddenly remembered that they had to change their library book or take the cat to the vet and the individual who had been led down the path of resistance found that they were facing the music on their own. I know of one “unfortunate” who was abandoned literally at the court room door. Amazingly, in spite of this his faith appeared unshaken.ArthurWankspittle wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 5:30 pmYou do wonder if this is at its apogee and support and interest will wane as lawful process takes its lumbering path to the inevitable conclusion. Sorry to have to be somewhat circumspect about the cases, although they are of course in the public domain only one elicited any media reaction. Of the others, no press were present in court; probably because much juicer cases involving Ordinary Decent Criminals (ODC) were underway at the same time.
