It is amazing how it seems almost a dead cert that the CLC will make whatever legal dispute you have go away. Every case that get brought seems to go the way of the applicant. It is as if it was just a Giant Rubber Embossed Seal on the legal position, I think its right, so it must be so. This is one amazing court, civil or criminal, you are guaranteed to win, step right up, pay your few Bob, and presto, Victory. Funny, isn't this the exact same behaviour they accuse the real courts of doing, the difference being the "real courts" don't have a 100% win rate, like the CLC does.

Hurrah for DerbsFuzz! I think they'll keep her overnight and put her to court in the morning. Not necessarily for everything, but for something simple like criminal damage. Get her under conditional bail to stay 10 miles away from Patel Redoubt, instant arrest and night in cells if she breaches that restriction. Then she'll plead NG, causing a long delay for trial with the bail requirements in force throughout. This could be the turning point, if DerbsFuzz keep their game tight for a few weeks.

Another very significant difference being that real courts have many ways of turning their judgements into real world consequences for losing parties, not just handing out pretty bits of useless paper or computer graphics not worth the electricity used to create them.

Almost certainly because it would only be arrestable if they refused a lawful order to leave the property. If they were milling about it would seem they complied. Wrecka appears to have barricaded herself in. If she had left when asked to it is doubtful that even she would have been arrested.
