I'm confused. Is Ken referring to Nov 2016 when the cottage was sold (to Wrecka's parents/Baron Ward/Penny Ross) for £2? Or Dec 2016 when the cottage was sold (to Tunkashila/Peter McDowell/Ken Thompson) for £100? Or June 2018 when the cottage was sold to Macca?

Regarding the solicitor who attended, the company is hardly one of the “magic circle”, not even 2nd tier, so duty solicitor would seem a reasonable assumption.

If I didn't have numerous 'alternative' Facebook accounts this might be a problem but I do so it isn't.

Obfuscation is an essential element of the “game”, for that is what it is. If Wrekha ever realises that she is in fact being manipulated then the game is over and the fun stops. Having said that, she is a willing participant but doesn’t accept that her personality characteristics are being exploited. To put it bluntly, she has been groomed and almost certainly enjoys the experience.

But what is interesting is who does what? Who is the guiding hand? Ken Thompson doesn’t appear to have the intellect or charisma although we only see his public persona. But he does seem to have established a rapport and clearly gives Wrekha instructions at times. Chrissy Morris would easily fit the bill as the “enforcer” but not necessarily in an intimidatory way. You can encourage and support to get the outcome you want, more reliable than “muscle”. To me there is still a gap to fill, that of the leader. Who fills that position? Maybe without the knowledge of the “players”.

NI connections are of interest as history means that people from there have had a better opportunity of understanding how to cover their tracks.

It might be an appropriate time to repost the original structural engineers report which specifically mentions removed thackstones, and give a good picture of the state of things with sound recommendations.
I have a vague memory that the BBC program featuring this cottage before Reckah started work, actually showed the thackstones, small pointy projections from the Rose Cottage gavle end wall.

I have to admit to being curious as to how she's paying for all her civil litigation fails as well as any of the other stuff along the way since she should be unemployed at this point. Or is she just doing her usual and stiffing all and sundry.
