If a Sovereign Citizen babbles to an empty gallery at their sentencing, is it still gibberish?

I think you're right. They are both pretty much yesterday's birdcage liner. I wonder if Randy will come up with a real response or anything other than more HAT fantasy paperwork. I would suspect the gallery will be pretty light come Randy's day in the dock, since their attention will have wandered elsewhere by then. Randy was never the popstar to begin with and he is certainly no longer the flavor du jour.

Sheila has a very flat learning curve so of course she will be there.

Sheila's planning on being there. Another request for donations was put out the other day. https://www.gofundme.com/blessings-for-the-puzzle-piece

It doesn't look like Bill has plans to attend, but that hasn't stopped his begging.
" Running On fumes... Between Seattle toll booth charges hitting my bank account, money Heather needed to call her family, and a couple other unexpected debits, I need $150 to get through next few days until my ride sharing driving here gets approved by the vendor. Once that gets going I can leave you all alone for a while.

Thank you all for the help getting me to Knoxville. I didn't know I'd be testifying as to Heather's character but I am glad I was able to do so.

Now that the case is wrapped up for Heather I can blog more openly and frequently. As she put it this afternoon, its done! done! done!...."
https://terrancognito.blogspot.com/2018 ... l?spref=fb

Done, Done, Done..... It's sad that an end of an era has came to a close. It was in 2012 that a friend asked me if I knew anything about the Iraqi Dinar. It was during my research that I stumbled onto Quatloos. Exploring the forum was when I was introduced to Heather. Night after night I spent reading about her escapades in Morocco, Opal tour with the water fueled magic sex bus that didn't actually run on water, free energy for all, foreclosure of the government, etc. Heather was my introduction into Sovereign Citizen land and I thank her for that. But all is not lost! Even without her version of crazy, there is still Harvey, Anna, April, Gavin, Natasha and others to keep me entertained. But sadly, none can hold a candle to Heather. Bye Heather.... I'll miss ya.

I used to feel pity for these people, but to remain this willfully ignorant of reality takes hard work. It's unfortunate that they do not instead use their time pursuing actual gainful employment rather than vlogging/blogging/facebooking about nonsense. Then they could afford travel and lodging to observe their friends and role models being tried and sentenced for fraud, theft and money laundering. They wouldn't even put themselves at risk for same by attempting to access accounts that exist only in their fevered minds.

I doubt we've seen the last of Heather, I'm pretty sure she's keep a smaller but crazier crowd of doofusses for the full time she's away and there will even be a small party to welcome her back to the world. She's pretty persistent,

The next bit of fun will be the appeal, hopefully we get a good decision for reading. Then once the Battys return to UK we have another trial to watch, but that’s not clear when it’ll happen. We also got a handful of eviction cases happening with her followers that might be fun.

I will admit Sheila has soured on me because of the glaring omissions in her reports from the trial and sentencing combined with begging for donations. She’s become part of the scam.

Interesting post on I-UV with detailed notes of the sentencing:

https://i-uv.com/wp-content/uploads/201 ... -@-2pm.pdf

There's some stuff that was expected like HATJ still being in complete denial about the facts of the case:
H did not get involved until the transactions were done and the truck was returned because it was a dirty transaction, letting him leave the dealership with the truck and no payment; Beane was arrested without a warrant,
Both Randy and Heather testified that she was involved before the transactions took place, Randy was arrested with a warrant, etc. She seemingly has forgotten these things?

There's more details about bill:
[Bill] said they 1st met when she contacted him with 2 others doing blogs on banking resignations - central bankers - tracking them, 1500 of them, in short time taking the golden parachute - thought it was a man doing it all but it was H
Interesting that Heather was taking credit for things that she didn't do and also that she'd be contacting random bloggers.

Finally the most interesting bit comes when Heather gets to ask her (ex?) husband some questions:
H goes back to podium, asks Y how long had she been working on the FR, working on the corruption: there
were years Y did not know what H was working on or doing
; Y is from Morocco, grew up in Italy, said again
H would never harm anybody, only helping people for free just to help; H asked did Y know about the
operation prior to exposing the FR in TN and her arrest in Washington, no
;
Putting aside the possibility that the husband is lying, this sure looks like Heather was living a secret double life that her husband didn't know about. I'd give my left foot to be able to talk to Yousef for an hour. Was Heather unemployed but pretending to have a job when in reality she was just messing on her computer pretending to talk to aliens? Would she dissapear and just not tell anyone anything? None of this raised red flags for him?

HAT's memory is if nothing else convenient, for her, and has very little resemblance of what truly happened.

I have to say that fantacisation of reality seems to run in the family as it would seem that Yousseff has ridden gone over the edge or else has sadly bought in to her fantasy realm.

Just wondering why Bill is asking for donations, as he is starting work soon, shouldn't he just be asking for a short term loan. This is something he wants to do, why shouldn't he pay for it, and pay back the "donations" received in the past.

When you think about it, his posts seem to be of the, "I want to do this, but I don't have enough money now, I would pay for it all myself, but I am currently short of funds. If you give me the money I am short, I can do what I wanted to do." As such, he lays out he is willing to pay for it all but doesn't have enough, therefore he should be borrowing the money, not asking for donations. That makes it more of a job, people paying him to attend, than an act of personal good will. I wonder if he reports this income to the IRS? I would think GoFundMe would 1099MISC him, although it appears he also gets cash in hand.

Like Sheila above, Bill's essentially running a piggyback scam on Heather's donor base. "Please send me money to pay my basic expenses, so I can continue to support Heather." I'm surprised BZ Riger allows this; with all the time and effort she's put into maintaining Heather's web community, collecting donations on Heather's behalf ought to be her exclusive turf.

And of course, Bill's real motivation is to get into Heather's pants. It's the classic NiceGuy(TM) act: spend a bunch of money on a girl and then assume she's obligated to love you. But Heather is akilled at maximizing donations while minimizing returns, so this will work even worse than it does usually. I doubt Bill will ever get so much as a pat on the head.

I think Heather identified Youssef as a mark from the get go. He never had a chance with this serial liar, though I's sure there were enough red flags to arrouse suspicion in any reasonable person; but as we've seen with Heather's sycophants, reasonable is not a word you'd use to describe them.

I'm going to England next year, but I need your help, Quatloos Family! I genuinely want to hang out in Swinging London, with a hot redhead, plying her with drink and attention and purely to help you but alas, I'm currently skint broke. You see, I could get a job, but that's just boring. Getting a job would take up A LOT of my free time, and if I'm forced to spend all that time earning a living, I won't be able to properly plan my UK Tour and the victim in that case would be all of us. Besides, packing up and popping off to England is expensive!
Did you know that 2 first class tickets from Detroit to Heathrow are upwards of $6,000? I mean, that's just the the main trip. My travelling companion will have to come to Detroit from the east coast and that's $500. Then, once we get there, the Keith Richards Suite at my favorite Oxford Street Hotel is £920 a night (that's like a million bucks in real money) and I'll need to be there for at least a week. That total doesn't include the minibar, in room porn, room service or the damages.
Then there's the Bar Tab, which you'd think should be negligible since I don't drink in America but it's like a whole other country where I can assure you I do. Glenlivet 1964 Reserve is $150 a shot and I drink it like water. Also, food and stuff is pretty expensive in London compared to rural Ohio, Pennsylvania or Detroit where I usually eat. I'm not even going to try to estimate the expenses for Hookers and Blow that always pop up in a trip like this....
So you see, I need your help. If you want to support this kindly humanitarian mission, a mission that will help usher in a new age of understanding among all people and galactics, send you contribution to:

I don't believe a word of it! I don't have a job and I go to London all the time. Oh, right, I don't have a job because I'm retired with a government pension. And I swill beer with the proles, not Glenlivet 1964 Reserve. Then again I keep away from Oxford Street suites and stay at the Tavistock, about the cheapest hotel in downtown London.

Ok, given your wildly spendthrift lifestyle you probably do need a bit of help. Tell Webhick to transfer 1,000 Quatloos out of my account to yours.

There is evidence that Heather was a productive member of society for awhile. She graduated from law school, joined the bar, had a proper lawyer job for a few years. I remember she ran some kind of imported-goods store with her husband. So she might have kept it hidden at first.

I was surprised to hear Youssef sticking up for Heather, since I figured her beliefs and activities - and complete disinterest in work or family - were the impetus for their divorce.

I'm not sure the evidence really supports that. She has a history of seriously mis-stating her past, so I tend to take ANYTHING she claims or is claimed for her with great skepticism.
