Putin Bombshell: Deep State Moved $400 Million from Russia to Hillary Campaign

Russian President Vladimir Putin dropped a bombshell on Monday, accusing US intelligence operatives of funneling $400 million from Russia to the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Putin addressed the Justice Department’s indictments of 12 Russian intelligence officials, and offered for FBI special counsel Robert Mueller to assist with Russia’s own investigation of the Trump-Russia collusion narrative.

“Business associates of Mr. Browder have earned over $1.5 billion in Russia and never paid any taxes neither in Russia or the United States and yet the money escaped the country. They were transferred to the United States. They sent [a] huge amount of money, $400,000,000, as a contribution to the campaign of Hillary Clinton.”

“Well that’s their personal case. It might have been legal, the contribution itself but the way the money was earned was illegal,” he continued. “So we have solid reason to believe that some [US] intelligence offers accompanied and guided these transactions. So we have an interest in questioning them.”

Additionally, Browder also has ties to Fusion GPS, the firm who created the notorious “Steele Dossier,” which we now know was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign to smear then-candidate Donald Trump in 2016.

“Here’s the bottom line: We have congressional testimony, under oath, that Clinton hired the same firm to smear Trump that Putin reportedly used to smear Magnitsky. Moreover, we also know that the Fusion GPS dossier relied on senior Russian government officials for much of the dirt it compiled, including ‘a senior Russian Foreign Ministry figure’ and a ‘former top level intelligence officer still active in the Kremlin.’ Together, those are bombshell revelations,” The Washington Post reported last year.

Is Putin’s claim true?

Almost as soon as Putin made the claim, the familiar coalition of far-right infotainment pundits and conspiracy theory sites began repeating it without the slightest investigation as to its veracity.

Notorious fake news site “True Pundit” declared “Hillary Clinton Pocketed $400 Million Illegal Contribution in Tax-Free Russian Money During 2016 Election” and praised Putin for offering “an olive branch” to Mueller’s investigation.

Finally, believers in the #QAnon conspiracy theory declared that the “$400 million donation” claim was the massive “truth event” that the supposed insider predicted earlier this year—and also serves as proof that both Trump and Putin ultimately have the best interests of America in mind.

To understand why Putin would make a claim like this, it’s important to know who Bill Browder is, and why he and Putin detest each other.

What we know about Bill Browder

Browder is a hedge fund investor and financier, who once had the largest holdings in Russian capital of any foreigner. To avoid paying taxes on his portfolio, Browder renounced his American citizenship and moved to London.

In 2005, Browder was abruptly blacklisted by the Russian government as a result of his attempts to expose endemic corruption in the country’s financial oversight system, which is heavily intertwined with its government.

After that, Browder became an outspoken opponent of Putin. When an employee of Browder’s hedge fund was arrested and died in prison after a year of improper medical treatment, Browder led the charge for sanctions to be put on Russia.

Those sanctions became known as the Magnitsky Act, named after the deceased employee, and barred high-level Russian officials from entering or doing business with the United States—likely costing Putin and oligarchs connected to him enormous amounts of money.

Browder immediately denied making any major donation to Clinton, and would have been prohibited by law of giving Clinton anything at all, given that he’s no longer an American citizen.

Such a sizable donation would be impossible to hide from the American media, but no single donation of that size was ever reported by any news outlet to the Clinton campaign—by anyone.

If Bill Browder or any other foreign citizen had made a massive and hugely illegal gift to the Clinton campaign, and the Trump inner circle knew it, it would have been used against her immediately.

Whatever conspiracy Putin was peddling in this press conference was already old news, and it’s likely that Putin made the claim simply to give the American right-wing conspiracy machine something to churn.

I didn't know what this was about, not being a banking law guy (the only thing I know about law is how to break it), so I had to look it up.

The Glass–Steagall legislation describes four provisions of the U.S.A Banking Act of 1933 separating commercial and investment banking.

Which begs the question, why is it a bee in LaRouche's bonnet?

Glass-Steagall put properly, is not a federal regulation aimed at restraining the criminal temptations of an otherwise happy-go-lucky Wall Street. Glass-Steagall’s aim is to “throw the money changers out of the temple of our civilization”, once again, as President Franklin D. Roosevelt had the courage to do. It is not an adjustment within an otherwise operable system. Glass-Steagall is a revolution in national policy, a Declaration of Independence against an oppressive regime.

Glass-Steagall will not regulate Wall Street, but destroy it, and put it out of its misery, once and for all. America does not need Wall Street for its economy to grow any more than a tumor would be helpful to the growth of a man. The American Credit System, long advocated by Lyndon LaRouche, is the historical beacon with which finance the nation's future. The cult of Wall Street—the system of finance characterized by increased rates of gambling, stealing, and fraud, has, once again, nearly destroyed the United States and therefore itself. I'm going to have to correct you there. During the years Glass-Steagall was in full effect (1933 - 1999) Wall Street WAS destroyed. You couldn't trade stocks, produce derivatives from futures, or jones your dow to save your life. Kids today don't remember, but I do, or rather have since starting to eat those funny-looking mushrooms that grow in my yard again.

“It’s a joy to be back…” Obama said at the opening of his speech, wherein he went on to describe his initial trip during which he said he wanted “to better understand the life of my father and the life of his people.”

Obama’s official life narrative states that his father, Barack Hussein Obama, left Kenya for the U.S. in 1959 to study at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he reportedly met Kansan Stanley Ann Dunham. According to the narrative, Barack Hussein Obama II was born on August 4, 1961 in Honolulu, although no hospital in the state of Hawaii has claimed to be his birthplace.

Further uncertainty exists as to whether or not Barack Obama from Kenya ever married Dunham, and the Hawaii Department of Health (HDOH) does not release vital records to anyone without “a direct and tangible interest in the record.”

Obama described his stay at “Mama Sarah’s” home without running water as a way for him to “connect” with his past, different though it was from the life to which he had been accustomed in the U.S.

“I could not be prouder of what my sister’s accomplished,” he said at 5:31 to applause. “I think it makes all of us who are Obamas or claim to be Obamas extraordinarily proud.”

According to Barack Obama, the foundation’s name, Sauti Kuu, means “powerful voices.”

At 5:46, said, “Three years ago, I visited Kenya as the first sitting American president to come from Kenya,” again to enthusiastic applause. “…Today I’m really coming as a brother, as a citizen of the world, as someone with a connection to Africa to talk about the importance of what she’s doing, but also to create a larger context for what’s possible.”

Since 2007, when Obama announced his presidential candidacy on a blustery February day in Springfield, IL, questions have persisted about his birthplace, life story and nationality given an abundance of mainstream media reports stating that he was, in fact, born in Kenya and not in the United States. Other reports stated that he was born in Indonesia, including an on-air statement from MSNBC’s Chris Matthews, an ardent Obama supporter.

Article II, Section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution requires that the president and commander-in-chief be a “natural born Citizen.” While providing no succinct definition for the term, many scholars believe that the Founding Fathers were referring to a person with undivided loyalty to the new nation which at the time of the Constitution’s writing consisted of having fought in the Revolution against the British Crown.

A clause within Article II provided an exception for those not considered “natural born Citizens” at the dawning of the new nation but long ago was rendered obsolete due to the passage of time.

Prior to last Monday’s speech, Obama has referred to himself as “a citizen of the world.”

In June 2008, an image said to be Obama’s birth certificate from the Hawaii Department of Health was circulated on the Internet and posted on his then-“Fight the Smears” campaign website. The origin of the image has never been confirmed.

In May 2009, then-White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs insisted that the “short-form” image was the only “birth certificate” available to any citizen born in Hawaii requesting it. However, in April 2011, a “long-form” image was posted on the White House website after allegedly having been obtained from the HDOH by Obama’s then-personal attorney, Judith Corley of Perkins Coie.

A five-year investigation carried out by a former detective under the authority of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s office (MCSO) determined that the long-form birth certificate image is a “computer-generated forgery,” with evidence from the investigation reportedly provided to federal authorities.

During the course of the probe, lead investigator Mike Zullo discovered that airline manifests showing incoming flights to Hawaii between August 1 and August 10, 1961 are missing from the National Archives, whose spokesperson could offer no plausible explanation.

The investigation also found that Obama’s purported Selective Service registration form is a forgery.

Prior to the 2008 election, Obama’s wife Michelle said that her husband’s “home country” is Kenya. However, anyone suggesting that Obama was not born in the United States during the course of his presidency, and even afterward, has been labeled “a racist.”

The FBI has declined to investigate the forgeries.

The "Old Guard" as Qanon refers to them, is a cabal of criminals known as the "Deep State" or "Shadow Government," whom turned almost every living soul on the face of planet Earth into a lowly ward of the state, a pauper, represented by a corporation/trust, created on the date found on your birth certificate, and represented by an ALL CAPS NAME (YOUR NAME IN ALL CAPS), found on your driver's license, bank accounts, credit card accounts, mortgage accounts, etc...

All caps names stand for a corporation/trust in your name in PROBATE COURT, which is court for missing, dead, or missing presumed dead peoples. Whereby the criminal "old guard" created a corporation/trust in your name when your parents failed to copyright your name with the local county recorders office at the time of your birth. So the criminal "old guard" went ahead and infringed on your copyright by creating a corporation/trust in your name which is a crime long outlawed called, personage, and barratry.

Now, maybe you did not know it, but when your parents gave you a name, they created that name before giving it to the government, thereby, because patent law and copyright law is governed by date of first conception, your parents owned your name outright, which they passed to you, naturally, by the laws of succession. So it does not matter that neither you nor your parents copyrighted your name. You own it implicitly, by definition, it is yours, and yours alone.

So you see, the "old guard" stole your name from you, infringed upon your copyright, and by way of; fraud, the crime of personage, and the crime of barratry, the "old guard" made almost every living soul on earth a fictitious dead person, represented in Probate Court by a trust, named in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

If this does not lend credence to the holy bible and I quote, "Jesus shall come again, to judge the living and the dead," than I do not know what else could. Follow with me:

The "living" in the above quote, are all the high and mighty one percenters, living under diplomatic immunity, not defined as a federal citizen(in the U.S. a federal citizen is defined as a corporation/trust residing inside the district of Columbia), and protected by the Foreign Sovereignty Immunity Act.

The "dead" in the biblical quote above, refers to you, me, and every other low person who was not privy to the fraud being committed against us. So when Jesus comes to raise the dead, that could be as simple as the government recognizing that your name is not spelled with all capital letters, thereby recognizing that Probate Court has no business pretending that you are dead, missing, or missing and presumed dead peoples.

FYI, in the United States, the reason why crime syndicate rats from the deep state never got in trouble for anything and always received a presidential pardon is because before President Trump got here, the presidential pardon was mainly a smokescreen for the immunity created through the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act. The immunity granted through the aforementioned act allows anyone to have diplomatic immunity and the aforementioned act is whereby diplomats and envoys are granted diplomatic immunity.

We know why President Trump is leading the charge against Tariffs. To create a fair market world wide?

How could it ever be fair if the Federal Reserve (privately owned) gets to print hundred dollar bills for a tenth of a penny, but peoples all the world over have to fork over a $100 worth of goods to get that worthless peace of paper?

Is it fair that such a peace of paper then be devalued at a rate of 2% per year? How would President Trump fix this?

Well you see, the reason why every other country has tariffs against the people of America is because that helps make up for the worthless peace of paper called a $100 U.S. Federal Reserve Note and all the goods those other countries have to bleed to get that small piece of toilet paper. Tariffs are a kickback for those in the other Foreign governments to stay silent, all whilst every child of Earth is bled for their energy, like a battery, a slave!

[Wait a second. Other governments know our money is worthless, so they want us to give some of it to them as tariffs? And this is what passes as deep thinking with these guys?]

So, by pointing out that the tariffs are unfair, Trump is really pointing out to everyone that the Federal Reserve is not fair. Why should all we free peoples be held slaves to a Crime Syndicate Cabal of Banksters?

In order to fix this, President Trump must move the right to print money back to the people of each nation, eliminating all the criminal banks. In America for instance, the right to print money must be moved back to the lost but true Republic of the United States of America, which is rising now from the ashes faster than ever before.

My name is Fiona Barnett. I was born Fiona Rae Holowczak, on 28 October 1969, in Sydney, Australia. I am a victim of CIA child trafficking, Luciferian ritual abuse, and Project MK-ULTRA.

Child trafficking is run as a single integrated world operation. This operation is coordinated by the CIA in collaboration with British and Australian intelligence services. Retired NYPD Detective James Rothstein was appointed to the first US taskforce to investigate this child trafficking operation which, he found, went all the way up to the Whitehouse. Detective Rothstein found that the CIA were behind a blackmail operation in which child prostitutes were used to honeytrap and compromise politicians, military brass, top businessmen, and key government officials. Rothstein, who arrested the key Watergate perpetrator, said Watergate solely concerned this human compromise racket, and specifically was an attempt to obtain a list of compromised pedophile VIPs and their proclivities that was held at the Democratic National Headquarters. Who could forget that ASIO party in Parliament House in Canberra? Legendary, and not just because of Nixon (who took a large group back to his plane which was parked at the military airport). No wonder Tricky Dick recommended "Fecky Fiona" to Rev. Billy, it was an open secret that he liked girls from "down under" for more than just their proximity to kangaroos, if you know what I mean.
