The Council Tax Liability Case 75428 is listed for 1.15 today in Brighton Magistrates Court. Citizen Mr Paterson has serviced a Corruption Investigation of the Law Courts. The Defence Statement + Adjournment Application explains it.

One thing you can be pretty sure of is that all the cases referred to were conducted properly and had reasonably just outcomes. The wonder is just how they are evidence of anything. The big problem with the ramblings of Mr. Ellis (not a lawyer) is that there is no explanation of any allegations he makes, and when a number of alledged villainies are piled one on top of the other with no apparent connection, the result is pure unhinged twaddle that defies interpretation, as is sometimes possible with this sort of stuff.

Sometimes it is possible to see some sort of logical process in pseud-law accounts but this screed is a real brain teaser.

I agree, I'd suspect the cases are all properly settled and done. In Ellisland they are significant because they weren't settled the way he, and Neelu, think they should have been.

I must say that I like the sound of "Wrong Size Number Plate Prosecution Fraud". If Mr Ellis would market his literary output as actual fiction, then he might have some chance of making a positive contribution to society.

Ellis clearly lives in a different world to the rest of us.

In our world the various cases are liability orders for the recovery of debts and fines from vehicle offences and possession orders and, eventually, warrants for a house upon which the mortgage has reached full term but with amounts outstanding which the borrower shows no inclination to pay or to seek to reach an agreement about. Plus a prosecution for benefit fraud.

As far as I can work out, on Planet EWE-Neelu those very same cases are part of their involvement in a highly secret deep-state series of actions to remove “corrupt judges, police and others”, with the knowledge and encouragement of the monarch, prime minister and certain other personages of high rank - in particular Church of England Bishops. Every warrant, liability order, restraining order or guilty verdict is deliberately being sought to provide “evidence of massive judicial and other corruption”. A matter so important that the government of the day was prepared to risk its majority in the 2017 general election for.......well........erm........reasons.

And when the plan is finally complete there will be “mass remedy”. Which seems to mean Neelu placed at the head of all the child protection agencies and no laws or regulations, no government, no economy, no money other than gold - which we will all possess by the ton - and makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Yet the plan isn’t quite so secret that Ellis doesn’t go on and on about it to every “corrupt” police officer or judge who will let him witter on about it. You can see why the Solicitor’s Regulatory Authority struck him off the Law Society rolls and only wonder what took them so long to get round to doing it.

It’s as well they’ve been evicted. That house in Peel Drive, Ilford contained a black hole of stupid, the likes of which the Earth has not seen before and may never see again, a singularity of pure anti-reason beyond even the ability of the late Professor Hawking to comprehend.

That moron Edward Ellis is clearly goading her on to more stupidity again. The Criminal Law Act 1967 Section 4 deals with penalties for assisting an offender. It only applies to offences with a prison term of 5 years or more (and more severe punishment for 14 years or more). Proceedings can only be instigated by the Director of Public Prosecutions, not a random muppet from Essex who didn't pay her mortgage.

Oh, and repossession is a civil matter so CLA (1967) doesn't apply at all.
