Well if we're going to talk cosmology there are a few other problems. For one thing the universe may not actually have an around to go around as it has no boundary and no centre. For another thing it's generally accepted that the observable universe is simply the distance within which information can possibly reach us and beyond that the universe is expanding faster than the speed of light. This means any attempt to 'go around it' would require a path that continuously accelerated away from the centre (which it doesn't have) rather than being around it.

It was issued correctly (AHHA SO YOU DO THIS ALL THE TIME) and provided the opportunity to dispute it through the representation and appeal process (WHICH YOU SAID YOU HAVEN'T SEEN) . The representation we received was correctly
considered (EXCEPT THAT YOU SAID YOU DID NOT LOOK AT MY EVIDENCE). We wrote out (WELL ITS A STANDARD TEMPLATE FOR ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND APPEALS REFUSING THEM) and invited the provision of further evidence (WHAT FOR?) As we did not receive any response we rejected the representation (THATS BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T HAVE SEEN THAT EITHER!!). Our notice of rejection (COMPUTER GENERATED) also set out the right of appeal to an independent Adjudicator and next steps if the PCN remained unpaid (THE VAN DID NOT ENTER THE CONGESTION ZONE - THE VAN IN YOUR
PCN IS NOT THE VAN YOU PICKED UP, EVEN THOUGH BOTH HAVE THE SAME NUMBER PLATE - YOU FORGOT TO CONSIDER THAT
EVIDENCE).

As no appeal was notified to us by the tribunal (REALLY? IS THAT A COMPUTER GENERATED ORDER?) and full payment was not made the PCNs enforcement continued. This resulted in the PCN being appropriately registered at the Traffic Enforcement Centre and then referred to our enforcement agents. They conducted the appropriate steps before their
enforcement action undertaken on 15th June 2018. The YouTube video clips provided in your e-mail actually support their actions, noting also that the Police were seen in attendance in the videos (OF COURSE, THE POLICE
ARE ROUTINELY TOLD - ITS THE TRANSPORT FOR LONDON OR MAYOR OF LONDON - SAY NO MORE)-

I also note that we discussed this matter with you over the telephone on the 18th June 2018 and provided you with appropriate advice and guidance.

I've never seen such as inability to deal with the death of another person. And that includes women who maintained MySpace pages for their miscarriages.
