Outcomes the begging bowl
If anyone has accumulated surplus amounts of money to their needs and want to put it to good use, I can do that to carry on my work. As you may know my home was stolen by the Child Porn Industry to stop the work of the Equity Lawyer, Edward William Ellis, for the Equity Monarchy Trusts which has reached the Mass Remedy Unfitness Tests in Parliament stage from the East London Office at my home.
So, is she admitting those liens are worthless?
Is it SteveUK or STEVE: of UK?????

Mass Remedy Unfitness Tests in Parliament stage
Assuming there's any truth to that at all I assume it translates as "I've sent incomprehensible gibberish to the PM and some random MPs"

She seems to be oblivious to her imminent windfall. The estimated sale price from Zoopla is £476,000, Even with her stupidity adding unnecessarily to the costs, she will still clear £200,000. She is clearly going to piss it up the wall.

It would be hilarious if Mr.Ellis, soi disant Equity Lawyer, was to complete his cunning long term plan by persuading Neelu he could look after the money,, then simply taking a hike with it.
Given his age it would probably be enough for him to end his days in some low cost offshore haven.

The fund is off to a flying start through the deep generosity of her faithful adherents and now stands at 10bn Re or 20tn Kindness Credits (£0.00).

The capital cut-off for Universal Credit is £16,000. A progressive taper against the benefit is applied if you have £6,000 or more. Though it seems possible that the sale will leave her with more than £16,000 anyway.

As for her “council housing benefit denial fraud”, housing benefit is for tenants paying rent only, nothing at all to do with mortgages. So there is no “housing benefit fraud”, because having a mortgage means there’s no way she could meet the basic conditions to get HB. Not paying the mortgage doesn’t make her entitled to HB either, it just gives the lender entitlement to repossess the house.

If she had half an ounce of sense she’d see her GP and get herself treated and into the mental health out-patient system. Then she could quite legitimately apply for council assistance as a priority homeless person on the grounds of disability. Since she seems to lack even the most basic insight into her condition, whatever it may be, and is completely devoid of sense, on the face of things that outcome appears unlikely.

I wonder if part of the Neelu ex-home being used as the “registered London Office” of the quack struck-off solicitor means business rates should have been paid on at least part of the building.

I think you've just committed mental health fraud there. I hope you're ready for your commercial lien.

I shall merely point out that commercial liens aren’t common law, that I have never accepted joinder, that she capitalised and punctuated my name incorrectly and that I only accept legal papers if written in Old Enochian and sealed with the blood of a live Mongolian dragon. A signed, dated, witnessed and notarised statement from the dragon indicating the genuineness of the blood is also required.

Also that the UCC doesn’t apply to England, nor do commercial liens, and she’d better take care because a midnight visit from a Ninja Bombay tomcat complete with his license to kill frequently hurts. Quite a lot.

I'm not sure that liens, commercial or otherwise, even exist in common law.

I spent a lot of money on booze, birds and fast cars. The rest I just squandered.

I think real liens, in the UK at least, are only common-law. The sort of lien Neelu uses to such great no effect whatsoever are neither statutory or common-law as they're not liens at all... Just gibberish.

I thibk the nearest UK equivalent would be a charging order registered against an assest, usually a house or other real estate, but possibly a boat or plane. The huge difference with US practice is that they must be made by a judge after a court process and are not available to anyone for any reason or none as seems to be the US practice.

I hope it stays that way. I don't think I've ever seen a sovcit GoFundMe that raised zero. Even Randy Beane got a couple donations when he got popped while driving in South Carolina some years ago. For all the self-promotion she does, that big, fat 0.00 would make a nice rebuke to this obnoxious harpy.

A case well made. I was going to donate one decimal new penny for the LOLZ but, you are right, zero would be funnier.

Being unfamiliar with this particular point of British law, could someone please explain?

In the US, when I buy a house and take out a mortgage to pay for it, the lender files a lien with the county registrar, who I believe is more or less the equivalent of the land registry in the UK. This lien prevents me from selling the house without paying off the mortgage holder. The lien itself is not the debt. The mortgage is. The lien is there simply to protect the interests of the lender.

It seems to me that there must be some similar process in the UK, to protect the lenders' interests. When someone in the UK takes out a mortgage, is the house itself not considered security for the loan? It seems that there should be some way for the lender to protect their interest, by preventing the owner from selling the house without paying off the mortgage.
