I know she's likely simply to delete such a comment, but all the same.
I've tried ... will it be deleted, ignored or simply provoke abuse?

Hold your horses everyone, Neelu's going to be alright after all. She's getting some quality legal advice from our old friend Ken Thompson!
Lee Cant: Refusal Access Fraud is done by Auctioneers, Barnard Marcus

Ken Thompson: Well I'm sure you have filed claims against these curupt corporations and chatted to your MP?

Ved Chaudhari:Local MP Wes Streeting and his predecessors, under the "MIGHTY EX-COP" Councillor Gurdial Bhamra are Organised Criminals who have made sure my family and I were subjected to UK State Terrorism after I exposed the UK State, UK Parliament & UK Law Courts criminally covering up SERIOUS STATE Crimes IN STATE CARE against babies and children as a super qualified pharmacist http://sunaina2007.tripod.com

Ken Thompson: Ved Chaudhari therefore your up shit creak without a paddle if you don't make a claim in the Royal Courts of Justice it's no good comming onto Facebook winging this and that if your not prepared to make your claim in a court

Ved Chaudhari: Ken Thompson Done that, we are dealing with lawlessness and crimes

Ken Thompson: I have said I was was a director of the company that owned Rehka's house.we have all the proof of the curruption from the courts.lawyers.land registry so we can go forward and reclaim the house. So I know what I'm talking about clearly here

Ken Thompson: We have many court transcripts and documents now

Ved Chaudhari: Ken Thompson Its called the Organised Crime Network, which runs the UK State Uniforms, gets protection from the UK Law Courts and is blessed by the UK Fake Parliament

Ken Thompson: Yes I know what is called and how it's run but to get the property back you have to make a claim in the Royal Courts of Justice just like we have done and with Land registries I am fully awere of the legal process my company is currently making a documentary about these fraudulent corparations claiming people properties

Ved Chaudhari: Ken Thompson ok, so I had a fake mortgage with Britannia Building Society in 1988, for 25 years. Britannia got "bought out" by Co-operative Bank, but when I walked into City branch of Co-operative Bank, the woman behind the desk, "Debbie" who I recognised from the South Woodford branch, who admitted she previously worked there, she asked what it was about, then I watched her take a little compliment slip from behind the desk form a little box for Britannia in Staffordshire, Leeks, next to it was another little box for Co-operative Bank which she ignored- she got on the phone to Mortgage Department (yeah right) and they told her to waste my time and NOT to engage with me (after telling me on the phone many times they would not engage with me on the phone because I put it on Social Media and need to write to them and provide my address (yeah right?) - so I had to put it in writing by hand during my visit to the City Branch because my "in-person" presence was ignored - on the third occasion the guy behind the desk "Victor" again wasted my time, my hand-written letter to Britannia was ignored, so this whole time I have been communicating with "Britannia" asking for various things, it is a non-entity and so are all its agents - so on the 4th Sept I wrote to Co-operative Bank in Manchester by hand and sent it by Registered Post - I will make this public and send copies to all the agents of the fake Britannia and Fake Co-operative Bank - who all know their licenses expired on 17 Aug 2015 and they are all free for all bandits

Ved Chaudhari: Ken Thompson I already filed an appeal in the Court of appeal after they tried to steal the home on 9th Jan 2018 and all ran away after I dialled 999. This time they brought fake Sergeant Bertie of the Child Porn Industry Protecting Police who previously called himself Constable Roberts, who hijack the Public services out of hours, so they came before 6am

Ved Chaudhari: Ken Thompson have you heard of Sequence (UK) Limited which apparently owns Barnard Marcus Auctions (which I can't find on Companies house???) = apparently both have same address

Ken Thompson: Have you checked Dunn & Bradstreet

Ved Chaudhari: Ken Thompson no can you see if barnards are there plz?

Ken Thompson: Have you submitted paperwork to the auction house stating this is an illegal sale ?

Ved Chaudhari: ...not yet, I am just inviting my facebook friends to call Barnard Marcus Auctions, Hammersmith, on 020 8741 9990 Email: auctions.hammersmith@sequencehome.co.uk to send them the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PNxbRwxwks put them on notice of that fact, I have my own recording of the call I made to them which I am hopefully uploading soon...thanks for your input

Ken Thompson: I don't do anything via email is class registered post to sign for about £1.80
Then they can not say thier computers are down and did not get it

Ved Chaudhari: Ken Thompson good idea

Aside from being an ignorant, illiterate twit, Kenny did give Neelu two good pieces of advice, accidently. Wasting her time on Faceplant and going to court, he neglected telling her that she would need a valid, coherent, VALID legal case and competent representation when she does go in to (a) court. That will of course be the sticking point since she has NONE of the preceding, all she has are her legally incognizable delusions, and "reasons", none of which will more than get her in the court room door before she is yet again shown it again.

Yes, Yes she is!

I'm wondering if any legal minds have any thing to add. My understanding is that a Writ of Possession gives someone control of a property, not necessarily ownership. Therefore the Britannia can use that control (e.g. by auctioning) to recover outstanding debts and why the excess money is hers. I ask this because the Land Registry still has Neelu as the "owner", despite the Writ of Possession being served two months ago and the original court hearing granting it in January. They are not a Mickey Mouse outfit, so if it was an option to transfer actual ownership, you'd have thought they'd have done it by now.

The lender acts under the Power of Attorney contained in the terms and conditions in order to sell the property - the exact same Power of Attorney the FOTL claim the lender nefariously uses the second the mortgage deed is signed to raise money from the unsuspecting borrower's birth certificate trust *eyeroll*. The PoA is in the T&Cs for a good reason, so the lender can sell the property as mortgagee in possession.

I love how these idiots believe that the addition of a few capital letter here and there in some way increases the outrage in the imagination of the reader. After all, who would you fear the most? "Organised Criminals" or "organised criminals"? It is obvious is it not? "organised criminals" are a walk in the park but Organised Criminals are a totally different animal. They are pure evil when compared to their counterparts.

I wonder how the other mourners feel about that. How'd you like to have your grandmother's funeral interrupted by Neelu?

Ved Chaudhari · 0:00 I am trying to arrange a private loan of £70,000 to pay the so called Co-operative Bank - if anyone has the money to lend me for a year...so I can rent it out ...
As well as ignoring the repossession charges, the court costs, storage fees, the security and outstanding interest, she has forgotten to factor in the £20,000 fine for operating an illegal HMO.

Dear Neelu.

While I do not have £70,000 to lend you I feel I really should point out you have a history of not paying your debts and in view of this fact you stand less chance of being lent the money than I do of being wanked off by a snowman.

Yours sincerely.

Everybody.

PS: Why not take the money out of your debt burden liberation payment?

Regretfully the Bank has had to freeze our client's Debt Burden Liberation Certificate after she recklessly tried to use one. It was all fun and games until she did that. Now we have the IMF, the World Bank, the United Nations and Wonga all trying to track us down.

We have also closed our Arendelle branch, owing to unsolicited requests for "favours" being asked of our staff. Please send all correspondence to: The Palace of Ice, North Mountain.

I wonder who she thinks is going to lend her money. In the year she'll come up with "you created it out of thin air" and "the debt is a fraud" before going off on a campaign to paint you as a traitor and pedophile everywhere she can make her voice heard. Yeah, I'm up for that..... :sarcasmon:
