Hi Steve. Been to court today. Things went I suppose ok on reflection. Barrister was there to make three applications for repossession orders. Was not offered any resistance in relation to two other applications. Was anxious when discussing situation with myself during recess which was to be 15 minutes but turned into closer to 40 minutes. When making his case he tried to make point to judge that I was not entitled to be in chancery court relating to case as I was not tenant of property. Was not having it and pointed out name in paperwork. I requested for the record that bankers book evidence book be brought forward regarding validity of mortgage and claims of money [currency] supposedly owed. Judge adjourned for a month to allow me to send affidavit relating to my position on matters. John
Steves latest fake win post. He thinks he got a. Bankruptcy turned over.
It starts out with a CT bankruptcy being granted in Truro County Court back in 2016 for a Mrs cock.
He then posts photos of himself outside of the RCJ. Then for some reason posts a redacted order he'd secured 'overturning' Truro.
Of course, its an amateurish attempt at deception. The new order is from Nottingham County Court (who most certainly do not hear appeals from another Cc), and the name has been penned out for obvious reasons.
Amazingly incompetent pretence. As someone so "Expert", how could he not know that the way to check on insolvency status is on the Insolvency Register, where he would have found ..

I would say to some degree or other he must be. He always seems to have access to another desperate soul. This could be perhaps people stupid enough to recommend him based on thier “great success” or simply that anti-government folk will always look to others who believe the same retohric.
