After a period of what passes for relatively sane postings (by her own standards) NB is posting the most vile and libellous accusations that her niece was murdered by named NHS staff. There are documents and photos and the narrative is poisonous hate-speak in the extreme.

This breaches her injunction for the nth time so I’m actively researching who I can report this to. Foul woman.

In other news the King of Swizzindo is on trial for fraud (shock horror) which NB is none too pleased about.

Considering the way their justice system works, now that he has actually been jailed and is being tried, his future is what could at best be called bleak, their prisons are not on the must visit list.

If it's any of:
(1) ANDRANICK JOSEPH PETROS
(2) QUEN MOK
(3) CHRISTINE PIERCE
(4) MARK PETERS
(5) RUPERT RISDON
(6) MARK KENNY

then informing Ilford police station would seem to be in order.

However, she could still be in breach if she's named others, but as you haven't posted her words then I have no idea.

You may want to check: http://www.perceptions.couk.com/ctorder.txt for more details of her 2004 restraining order.

There's a link from her post which specifically names the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th people named in the injunction. In fact there are several links to Tripod pages which would all seem to be breaches of the injunction to one degree or another. I won't link to them for obvious legal reasons but they are on Neelu's 'Ved Chaudhari' page about three hours ago.

To be honest I suspect the aggrieved parties to the injunction probably don't care very much as long as she doesn't harass them in person, by phone or by proxy but if they do care Neelu is toast.

Vile woman. I don't know to whom her posts should be reported, but she is clearly breaching the injunction.

The order contains the details of the claimants' solicitors. Might be a good place to start

I don't know, but if I were them I'd be pretty miffed about having google search results for my name dominated by Neelu's mad accusations. To the outside observer not privvy to her brand of madness, it doesn't look great at first pass.

Is Neelu not on some list that comes up with her phone number whenever she calls anyplace that takes calls from the public? A list that flags her as batshit crazy and customer service standards aside, perfectly open to be ignored, and in fact mocked and laughed at?

If not, she sure should be.

Sadly, no such list exists. I'm not sure it could, given the hoops you have to go through to 'red sticker' someone even across one local council's services.

The thing is that she has a right to be heard and, if justified, her words acted upon if they happen, probably entirely by chance, to coincide with something she is entitled to or the business of the body she is communicating with. Hence restraining orders don’t say “thou shall not start court cases” but “before starting a case prove to a judge there’s actually a case”. Similarly an order not to contact a public body always allows a route for legitimate communication to be made - public bodies being there to provide services to the public.

Which is not to say that individual departments or offices don’t have such lists of nuisances and the potentially violent - they often do.

The allowed communication route might be onerous and involve all communications going through the office of one senior manager whose staff have authority to put the phone down, but no-one would want someone with a history of making fake 999 calls not to ring 999 in a genuine emergency - especially if they’d noticed it’s your house that’s on fire.

So even were it possible legally and organisationally to collate such a national list, which I doubt, it would still have to make provisions for taking the person seriously when they raised real-world matters with the correct body.

Usual rambling nonsense:

https://www.facebook.com/victor.pc.589/ ... 7695217345

But I did laugh at our super qualified pharmacist reminiscing on the days when she had a job. Cones hotline fraud!
"You've got a full time job and you could be waiting in traffic for hours."
I also liked her theory that the Red Cross shoot people so that they can then film themselves treating them.

I am a little perturbed by this comment on that video:
Hayley Bonnell · Give your sister organic tomatoes and carrots and lots of raw garlic plus iodine orally x
I'd blooming well hope that she's feeding her tomatoes, carrots and garlic orally. The alternatives are too disturbing to think about!

I think the 'plus' isolates iodine which might be presumed to be applied topically, so the mention of orally is required. Still about as much good as bathing in moonbeams.

It does not seem to have occoured to her that Armestice Day parade was held, as usual, on a Sunday, so that is why the shops were closed. The idea of the Red Cross making their own work is unusual. The idea that charities are hotbeds of evil has cropped up before in her musings, oddly without any evidence, although the eccentic Mr Ellis may have a file on them.

I will have to say that the Red Cross thing is, I think, unique amongst the whackadoo theories I have come across. That being said, it doesn't surprise me, but it is appalling.

I'd hardly call it unique. These are the people who will try to argue that every single oncologist, specialist cancer nurse and everybody else involved in treating cancer in the NHS are deliberately with-holding effective care from their patients for personal profit or, if challenged on the whole profit thing because it's clearly nonsense, because they are actively evil and enjoy watching people die.

The sad case of Neelu's niece just shows that she's willing to accuse NHS staff of all manner of base and appalling crimes without so much as a scrap of evidence.

I quite agree about the vendetta thing for specific doctors, but of all the conspiraloon stuff I've seen and heard, I've never heard the Red Cross accused of that, thus unique.

I've seen a similar accusation used by western pro-Assad apologists about the White Helmets in Syria suggesting that they bombed a hospital so that they could release footage to the MSM of them rescuing victims, so it's not that much more of a stretch for the Red Cross to be also smeared in this way.

"I've never seen the Red Cross accusation before. That's new."
"Not really, they also believe earthquakes are caused by moon lasers"
"Sure but we've not specifically seen the Red Cross one before."
"Yes we have. Remember Syria?"
"I'm specifically talking about the Red Cross."
"But what about..."
