What, briefly, is'this'? It's not readable, to my eyes anyway.

I had a look at his site and it appears superficially that he is appealing a succession of rejected arguments on the basis that eventually he will grind down the legal system to clay in his hands.

Has he been declared vexatious? Without further reading it seems likely to me that anything involving Mr. Badaloo must be without merit.

Costs must be considerable by now, and if not why not? No one will get a bean out of Mr. leigh.

Badaloo was a financial adviser. Is he now passing himself off as an accountant, or has he retrained? Alternatively, is the author of the skeleton argument ignorant of the differences, which may well be very significant when determining whether someone's expertise is remotely relevant?

It appears he decided not to pay his Screwfix Trade Card (sort of credit card for construction contractors)
He got thrown out of a hearing, the first time the judge ever had to throw someone out.
Someone turned the tables on him with a DSAR( data subject access request) sending him his cheque back as the name was different on the application. :haha:
His address has a metal door with no letter box so a document not delivered. Don't know why his place is boarded up yet. There is an N325 in all that somewhere but the dates do not appear to match up with the house being possessed.
Lots of SovCit FMOTL crunchy goodness including red thumbprints, jurisdiction questions and : in his name. Behind all this is the claim that the court or application fee was never paid therefore it is all void. We know how that worked out for Tom Crawford. Also somewhere in all that is a figure of just over £5k as the current debt including costs, which may have been added to since. How this all gets him out of being bankrupt I have yet to see.

The earlier history of Mr. Badaloo's antics will give some idea of his personality, not one susceptible to retraining of any kind, I'd say, because he clings irrationally to falsehood and denial. He also seems to have a vastly exaggerated view of his own prowess, in direct contradiction to his own failures. He is probably only qualified as an expert on how not to do things.
Due to the magic of social media, the nuts seem to cluster together, to their ultimate disadvantage as their combined efforts, reinforcing each other's illusions, lead them on to ever greater disasters.
What they need is reality based advice that they accept and act on but the chances of that are minimal. That someone agrees with them or will pander to their illusions is paramount, the total futility can be blamed on the corruption of the system.

They certainly make a good couple. Badaloo has taken up Tobes cause and is at it on the (no) change.org website.

Going back through the records, Mr. Leigh does not seem to have a cause apart from an original reluctance or inability to pay a relatively small bill, compounded by pigheaded resistance to any form of sensible advice since. Or a reluctance to seek and accept such advice.

People do not need to get crushed underfoot, they have to actively work at it to get into such a hopeless mess.

Is there a change.org link?

No, just Google it.

I think one of the many reasons Tobe is clinging so desperately is that he inherited the house...

Badaloo was struck off by the FCA last year.

https://www.fca.org.uk/publication/fina ... e-2017.pdf

Yet his letter dated 30 October 2018 exhibited to Tobe Leigh's Affidavit shows that he's still holding himself out as an independent financial adviser authorised by the "FSA".

Hilarious - almost identical script to Dismal Dave, with the same success rate. Edited highlights.....

A Gloucestershire Brexit supporter failed in a bid to avoid a conviction by citing obscure Australian case law and arguing police are “badly trained dummies”. John Timbrell pleaded not guilty to obstructing a police officer in Mitcheldean – despite freely admitting yesterday in court that he obstructed a police officer.

The 76-year-old, of The Stenders in Drybrook, told Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court a police arrest warrant is “fraudulent” if it does not have a wet seal. He attempted to prove his innocence by quoting 18th century Prime Minister William Pitt –
but Timbrell was found guilty and ordered to pay £850.

PC Varden and PS Freeman attended a house in Carisbrook Road on the morning of January 2 to execute an arrest warrant. Colin Turley was wanted in relation to £23 worth of criminal damage to a car door – an offence he was later convicted of, then fined £500. Timbrell arrived on the scene shortly afterwards and told the officers they had no right to be there and they could not lawfully enter the property. Giving evidence to the court, PC Varden said: “I didn’t know what he was on about.”

The officers walked into the living room, then Timbrell placed his hand on PS Freeman and took hold of PC Varden’s fleece, telling them they should leave. “At this, PC Varden applied a thumb-lock to remove Mr Timbrell’s hand from him and informed him he was under arrest,” prosecutor Matthew McCabe said.

In court he asked PS Freeman: “Did you know you have to show someone an arrest warrant in order to execute it?” “Your rights as a police officer do not give you the authority to break common law,” he told PS Freeman. “The fact a living man can refuse jurisdiction from a court is not known to many police officers.” The prosecutor pointed out police can enter a property to execute an arrest warrant under the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.

Mr McCabe asked Timbrell why he considered the arrest warrant fraudulent. “It did not have a wet seal on it,” the defendant said. Mr McCabe asked: “Did you use the internet in your research?” “I am not going to be trapped into that,” Timbrell replied.

The magistrates found Timbrell guilty after deliberating for around 20 minutes. Mrs Eccles said: “The defendant stated in his evidence he obstructed police. Police had a legal authority to enter the property to effect an arrest.” Timbrell sighed and said: “Oh well, I half-expected it anyway.” Fine & Costs £850.

Mr McCabe then told Mrs Eccles that Timbrell was fined £500 in 2014 for assaulting a police officer. Timbrell shouted out: “I voided that.” Mrs Eccles told him he would need to appeal within 28 days. Laughter rang out around the courtroom when he replied: “Oh, I won’t take that long.”

There's an embedded video interview with Timbrell, who insists he is clearly right and he will overturn this on appeal. And he's not a sovcit or FMOTL, he's just "extremely knowledgeable about the law". :haha: :haha: :haha:

Old saw about insanity and repeating the SAME stupid action over and over and expecting a DIFFERENT result just seems to leap to mind.

Any one have any idea of just how far back they quit putting wet SEALS on everyday run of the mill warrants? I'm betting back quite a ways, well before any of these yobs grandparents were even born.

What I love about these idiots is that they play the high stakes game :haha:

Excellent trolling by the PTB for sending PS Freeman :snicker:

On second consideration, I'm not sure but what that might not be either early stages of dementia or Alzheimer's.
