In the US when they appear in Traffic Court or the like and pull that stunt they usually end up getting arrested on the spot for failure to appear. Wonderful legal strategy.

Wonder if she's had her £25,000 compo from each of the social workers etc who were found guilty in the 8th Common Law Court hearing last July?
The fragrant Mrs Sudlow claims on her Facebook page that she's an accredited assessor for nursery nursing students. I imagine that brings her under some form of professional regulation or registration. If so, she needs to be a bit careful about these antics, or she'll be dis-accredited or struck off.

This rambling epistle from Robert Sproul may relate to the comedy court. I suspect he sent out summonses to appear to various people and was arrested for malicious communication or something. It's not easy to take a constant stream of delusional babble looking for actual information and I only managed to get through 20 minutes of it.

It must be a tough call for the local police to decide if a well known crackpot is liable to become a well known mass murdering local crackpot, and I imagine they err on the side of caution. Dealing with him must be very frustrating, he is hard to take after the comedy nonsense aspect dulls with familiarity.

I wonder if someone called ROBERT SPOUL wrote in and withdrew his benefit claims etc. he'd have the same attitude and approach.
I've listened the the video and it's all BS about the person, the man, the individual, the corporation and because someone was called a constable at one point and an officer at another then it proves it's all illegal.
P.S. your tiling doesn't line up.

From Wikipedia -
In the modern times, there are two main definitions of a constable in the United Kingdom:

The lowest rank of a police force.
A legal term for an officer with the powers of a police officer.
The latter usage is mainly used in formal contexts, including legislation such as the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984. By this definition, all police officers are constables, even those that do not hold the actual rank of constable. Thus the head of most police forces is a chief constable, volunteer officers of any rank are known as special constables and some police forces have the word "Constabulary" in their name. (my emphasis).
Reminds me of the old urban legend that police officers can not charge you if they don't have their hat on as they're not in full uniform.

It's like being a captain of a Royal Navy vessel and being a captain in the Royal Navy. One is a job description and one is a rank but being one thing doesn't necessarily mean you're the other.

The battle of the courts continues...

Charles Marston

Any update or news from John Smith's case yesterday please?

Robert White

Yes mate it was adjourned they completely ignored anything John had to say, the trial will be on the 19th December, just waiting for confirmation of the details and will post an event for it.

Brian Varney

What exactly is he on trial for?

So the great "case" was actually essentially an arraignment/advisory hearing and he was told he could plead either guilty or not guilty and go to trial? :snicker: Yup, real legal genius at work there. I wonder what pretend CLC papers he tried to throw at them that he ignored.

I guess J Smith is a common name, but this was listed for today at Paisley Sheriffs Court

Brian Varney

What exactly is he on trial for?

Robert White

Not exactly sure what the charge is but apparently for summonsing 3 sheriffs.

Charles Marston

So after the 19th we can make it four then, including yesterday five even?

Robert White

Yes mate no doubt we will.
I'd love to see HHJ Smith J issued with an order not send any more of his idiot summonses out. I'd like to see him claim his Play Court was real if sending a summons would lead to six months in Barlinnie :snicker:

It's going to be very entertaining watching this Battle of The Courts. Two courts enter the court and one court leaves :-D

That would be the evidence that's being collected to substantiate a criminal case to be considered by a fake court that can't enforce its own judgments?

Come the Revolution they're going to round up all of us and have us shot in front of a wall somewhere between Whitehall and Clare Market. A fitting end for the good capitalist pigs that we are.

Until that day, of course, I'm laughing my ass off at this bunch of tossers.
