International Common Law Court Of Record On Land... Peter's own Play Court.

So his court only supports his play bank and nobody else's. It's almost as if all of these Common Law courts were set up to bring in whatever judgement the 'judge' wants.
I'm not sure that we should allow someone who's so biased, so unfair about the good work the CLC is doing to continue posting on this discussion. Haven't you being paying any attention to their procedures and protocols at all? Or are you so just prejudice against the CLC that you ignore any evidence in their favour no matter how compelling? The CLC trials are totally fair to both plaintiffs and defendants and their decisions are always in compete accordance with British common law. The judgments are in no way self-serving nor are they pre-determined prior to the court hearings. The court's decisions are, as they should be, based solely on evidence and the law. This has been confirmed by the highest legal authority in Britain, the Common Law Court itself has said so. What better proof could you possibly need?

You should be ashamed of yourself.

So there will now be "ReMPs". Will they proclaim Peter as the ReKing? Oh wait, we're going back to the good old days, so make that ReBretwalda. All Hail Peter Pendragon!

Its not associated in any way with the more common Common Law Court, this is Peter's own kind of sort of grift on the name of the more well known playschool courtroom, wherein he avoids letting anyone else in on the receipts.

First of all you have omitted a digit, it's 750181. Remember it's his date of birth 18/10/57 backwards.

I'm not sure how you would go about determining which is the "more common Common Law Court", as none of them seems to acknowledge the existence of any of the others.

I do think someone should try to take out a case in one of the play courts, burden them with 187-page sovcit style affidavits, make applications to be heard as amicus curiae, etc. Then when that is refused, appeal the decision to one of the others. But which one?

Probably it should be one that claims to be international. So maybe Cocoa Interspace, as that court doesn't seem to be busy at present. I would have suggested the Vienna version of the International Court as it claims to be the fastest available international court but the web page at www.iccjv.org/en/fastestcourt is down which could mean they've been hit with a commercial lien by the ICLCOR 750181, or perhaps the ICLCJ in Brussels has sent them a cease-and-desist order for using a copyrighted name, or perhaps they just didn't pay their hosting.

This is actually a really interesting idea, brig down the fake court system with gibberish filings, we could file thousands of cases in one and appeal them all in the other at the same time. Use their own system against them. Sort of reminds me of a story o read recently about Uber drivers using the arbitration clause against Uber by filing thousands of them at once.

Hmmmm, the holidays are coming up, some of us will have some free time... :D

What a strangely tempting idea.

And if the case were a squabble about nothing much - say suing for payment of a tiny debt in Re - between two exponents of FMOTLery and the defendant refused to accept any form of joinder with the court, complete with fee schedules (in unlikely quantities of pounds sterling, of course) etc .....

The big snag with that plan is that unlike real courts, they could simply file them in the waste paper basket with no further ado, since any 'Rules of Court' are whatever rules they wish to make up. Like children, they could decide who they are playing with in an arbitary fashion.

Good news, everyone! Peter of England of Germany of France is now available for all your pseudo-rebellious woo needs over in Stoke-on-Trent. Sure, it's the same as his failed attempt to charge money for nonsense webinars, but the difference this time is that he'll be charging up to £100 a pop.

Naturally, demand for this is going to be so high he'll be somewhere in Stoke three days a week:
https://rules4radicals.org/

In and around this, he'll be doing all-day events regarding... something to do with military tribunals?
https://removement.net/the-shop?olsPage ... ke-england

And if that's not enough bollockery for you, why not hire Peter for a 3-hour motivational keynote for £2,500?

I for one can't wait to hear more from a person who writes the following kind of insight:

"Are We Different?
Different simply means "not the same" and what is NOT the same is exactly what you need. Yes or no?"

He is stark, raving mad. And I also wonder how much of these 'seminars' the security services might be interested in, seeing how he's allegedly training people to form a sort of quasi-militia to act in concert at demonstrations, interfere with police horses, etc.. None of this will ever happen, of course, as there'll never be more than two or three ne'er-do-wells who'll be interested enough to want to pay actual money for this gibberish.

And this, presented in all seriousness on the page entitled 'The Enemy' had everyone in the office laughing.

Of course not. He only accepts those worthless scraps of paper known as Euros, Dollars or Pounds.
