Apparently they are still going! In a former career of mine working at a lettings agent, my boss became a distributor and 'encouraged' us to sign up as many new tenants as we could. Funnily enough, the staff saw £0 in commissions from that.

Following a two-day hearing at Harrow Crown Court, on Friday Jake Clarke lost his appeal against last October’s conviction in Magistrates court for harassment of two individuals related to the Hampstead Satanic ritual abuse hoax.

As with Sabine McNeill’s trial, these individuals are protected by a reporting restriction which prevents their being named.

We have not heard definitive reports regarding Jake’s appeal of his sentence, but we understand that the maximum sentence of six months was imposed at the Magistrates court, and that the Crown Court appeal is bound by the limitations of the lower court. Therefore we would not expect any increase in sentence, but the actual outcome requires clarification.

Similarly, no word has been received concerning the Criminal Behaviour Order which was imposed in October, but there is no reason to expect that it would have been revoked.

Jake’s hearing seems to have gone on for an unusually long time: the judge did not retire to consider judgment until 4:55 p.m., and resumed at 5:15 p.m., finishing up at nearly 6:00 p.m.—a full two hours past the usual 4:00 p.m. ending time.

Neelu has been uncharacteristically quiet for a while and now we know why; she's been on a 28 day FB ban, the reason for which isn't entirely clear.

Central to this is "The Rev" Kevin D Annett who runs the ITCCS, The International Tribunal of Crimes of Church and State. To be fair the church is a rich seam of criminality in the child abuse sector. But I think that if the Holy See had had it doors put in and the whole sorry institution closed down someone somewhere would have cottoned on by now. The Rev has been kicking about for years promoting his ITCCS which appears to have a membership of just one, himself.

If you go back to the early 2000s you will find the whole disturbing episode of the death of her niece on the uk.legal newsgroup. I would recommend that you don't dig too deep unless you are comfortable with the images she has posted of a dead baby which are still online. She was struck off as a pharmacist because of her consequent abuse of her colleagues and has an court order against her for it which has never been enforced.

She also took NHS Trusts to court three times for discrimination. As a former union rep, IMHO she was totally justified for the first two (although the second was effectively a continuance of the first) but pushed her luck with the third which was unceremoniously thrown out.

Then there is her Hoaxstead insanity.

This all pre-dates her FOTLer and Swissindo nonsense.

I'm a bit annoyed with myself as I suspected her trailing the 21st as judgement day was to do with a court appearance and I checked all the usual places including the RCJ and there was nothing so intrigued to know what it was about.

I have before me and application in HQ18XO0347 attorney-general vs john Paterson allegation recorded court proceedings in April 2017, contempt proceedings commenced 21st of October 2017, mr Justice Spencer committal and final hearing listed 14th of May 2019

Mr Paterson has asked me to make orders paragraph 3 31st of October hearing he has not received a sealed copy of the order, I have been able to provide the sealed order. Mr Paterson also asked for transcript at public expense. In my view this is not necessary for transcription to be provided decisions are recorded and procedural where the contempt occurred not necessary to order transcript. Order is sufficient. Next category Mr Patterson to serve & file by 4 p.m. on 21 november told me because he did not have it and Alexis cooke government law department confirmed no evidence served from mr Paterson. If he wishes to rely on evidence seek permission out of time frame whether such application would be successful to be put before the judge assigned to here on the 14th of May 2019.

11.35 j " joint responsibility for protection rights" recording court proceedings no contempt, paragraph 5 no order, paragraph 6, 7 and 8 mr Ellis present this morning as McKenzie friend. I allowed Mr Ellis to assist, mr Potter be able to relate to matters.

Regarding the exclusion revocation contempt penalty warning, as I understand it that the order was enforced until mid part of last year I understand that exclusion order is lapsed that matter is not for me today so no order is made
