Judging from the dates, Williams will probably be kept in jail nearly a year more awaiting his trial.
I think that much wait time is a significant portion of his probable sentence.

Seems to me like a rehash of his escapades if FL. Seems to me he spent a fair amount of time in jail there awaiting trial for pretty much the same reasons as here. I see the attorney has finally had it and asked to be freed.

Jury Selection/Trial is continued to Tuesday, 1/21/2020 at 09:00 AM before Judge Leslie E. Kobayashi.
Final Pretrial Conference is continued to 12/23/2019 at 02:00 PM before Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi.
Defendant's Motions due 12/9/2019.
Government's Response due 12/23/2019.
Have they put this off for a year? There seems some chance the PAG will die of old age before a trial at this rate. This seems to make glaciers a speedy method of transport and tectonic plates jostle like bumper cars.

More righteous indignation and outrage. I was going to say faux, but I think he's serious, just really really stupid and gullible.

So Anthony Williams' trial has been put off another year?

That's just another year for him to file even more reams of incoherent sovereign citizen arglebargle. And have Rudy Davis make incomprehensible videos about how Anthony Williams is being persecuted. Oh my.

Now on my website:

Court action regarding ATW's earlier motion for return of property.

Notable quotes:
Government informs the Court that the Defendant declined to be transported to Court for
this proceedings.

U.S. Deputy Marshal Tony Hopkins states on the record why Mr. Williams refused to be
transported to today’s proceedings.

Government makes a record of Defendant’s ongoing conduct on declining transport to
Court for proceedings, posing a difficulty in moving the case along.
Court action regarding Barbara Williams' motion to continue the trial date & standby counsel's motion to withdraw.

Again:
Defendant (01) Anthony T. Williams not present.

Court received notification from the U.S. Marshals’ Office that Defendant (01) Anthony
T. Williams refused to be transported to the U.S. Courthouse for the Hearings today.

Court construes that Defendant (01) Anthony T. Williams has voluntarily waived his
presence for this hearing, Defendant has already filed an opposition.

AUSA updated the Court that Defendant (01) Anthony T. Williams also refused to be
transported to hearings scheduled yesterday before the Magistrate Judge.
It further describes the large amount of discovery (>2tb), and makes findings. It was here that the trial date was moved to 1/21/2020, and mooted standby's counsel's motion to withdraw, and:
Counsel is informed that the new Trial Date is a firm Setting. Court will not be inclined to entertain any further continuance of trial.
Court denies ATW's motion for return of property.

The government responds to ATW's seventh motion for an order to show cause & request for expedited hearing. Here is a declaration from the associate warden of FDC Honolulu responding to some of ATW's complaints.

Lastly, a notice regarding ATW's motion to return property; apparently the government neglected to include 47 disks in a seized CD case that the government is reviewing for discoverable material.

(Edit: notice, not motion)

Not much new this week. ATW's seventh motion to show cause is denied for (among other things) failure to exhaust administrative remedies.

According to this, he's forbidden from using the PAG moniker as a term of his 22 year probation, but this was from a Florida state court. I don't know how that works in a Federal prosecution, though.

I suspect that at this stage, no-one really cares what Prisoner Number 1234567 calls himself.

Their is no possibility of his deceiving anyone with his phony title, which was the point of the original ban, protection of the public from fraud.

[*]Demand for the Government to Correct Title 28 USC 1654 to Reflect the Act Congress Passed into Law (huh?)

This is the Attornanus Generalis Privatus's delusion that, when Congress modified the Judiciary Act of 1789, by enacting 28 USC 1654, they were merely "codifying" the 1789 Act; and with intent to deceive, they "removed" language dealing with the "right" of self-representation. Legalistic hogwash, to be sure; but when has Anthony ever offered us anything different?

To think that trees were felled so that Anthony could flood the court sysytem with ream after ream of this nonsense.

Are they really going to be throwing motions back and forth until January? No chance of release until trial?
