We do have several in Texas (a handful here in Austin, including one on the way into town from the airport).

But no reference to any material win in terms of regaining property or writing off debts.hucknallred wrote: ↑Mon Apr 01, 2019 9:04 pmI skim read it, would I be correct in that he is claiming total victory in that posting?

The ONLY "win" I can remember in all this is that a judge agreed with him that the original mortgage hadn't been properly signed due to a conveyancing error, but that it was not a fatal error and the judge simply ordered the trustees to properly sign and issue a new correctly done document. Something along the lines if invalid in law but valid in equity, so even for winning he lost.

Scam alert ...
Will be interesting to see what he's charging, and how many mugs take up the offer, and what their outcomes are. Seems reminiscent of the Applecart void deed thing a few years ago, that cost people thousands.
The People v The Banks: Representative Actions To End Mortgage FraudHere is a basic summary of how the actions will proceed, once sufficient numbers have signed up in every region in the country:
1. All the hard work will be done by the experienced and knowledgeable lay litigants and legal professionals who join our cause, to lead and organize each action.
2. Everybody else needs to see The Great British Mortgage Swindle and sign up to the TGBMS Mailing List, in order to receive the TGBMS: Next Steps download, which will contain all the tools and documents required to join the class actions.
3. Once prepared, claims will be filed by the leaders of each group in every High Court District Registry, seeking declarations that all the mortgages concerned are illegal and void, on the TGBMS grounds.
4. Every individual involved will then simply execute the paperwork they are provided with in the download and file it at their local Land Registry, seeking to cancel the illegal mortgages and remove them from the register, on the same grounds.

In other words, my friends, there are no guarantees obtainable that we will be successful in our mutual endeavours, but we have already overcome much greater odds, to carve out this opportunity to end banking tyranny, here and everywhere else.

I don't seem to remember that there is anything in English law that would even beginning to continence this. Sounds to me like they are dressing up what we would call a class action here.
Also a little vague as to the grounds they would use to get a court to say that Mortgages are "illegal".
Scam alert for sure.

The thing is with MoB is that he cries wolf all too often. He’s previously announced in his florid style victories of breathtaking consequence, his prose gushing at the earth-shattering brilliance of it all, hubris radiating in all directions.
Then the inevitable retraction, blaming the Machiavellian PTB who subvert his every success.
So forgive me if I’m not entirely convinced by his latest achievements.

Brian might actually be right. Robinson has fled for the hills, Crabbie is now the Sheerness answer to Julian Assange - prime time for the hairy one to sweep in on the lost flock.

Don't despair! While PDL has collapsed in Britain, it's leaders discredited and it's followers totally disillusioned, it is going strong in Canada heading for a victorious confrontation with the dreaded judge Rooke. The judge who, being a softie for a story about people fighting back after being ground down under the heels of the power structure, wrote this recent decision;

They'll have to get past those mean old Protonotaries first, unless ACJ Rooke is bored that day, and then boy are they in for it.

You'd think the pool of unaware, gullible, very stupid people would be getting vanishingly small by this point. He has to have pretty well gone through the pool of suckers with ready money to waste by now.

There might be a slew of unpaid vendors who are talking about it.
