1) Bet they weren't actually Romanians....the police said they have no reason to arrest the romanians.

Of course you can!
As an englishman in Florida a few years ago I had a pleasant experience in the ER after a Stingray got me whilst paddling in the sea at Fort De Soto. After leaving blood splattered all over the washroom I headed to a 1st aid station that was a POI in the GPS. This turned out to be a fire station. They checked me out & advised me to go to the ER as the barb could be in my foot.longdog wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 9:05 pm English English - "A&E": Somewhere you go when you are poorly and the dedicated staff will prioritise need and provide excellent treatment free of charge to whoever needs it. American English - "Emergency Department": Cash, cheque or credit card? (MAGA)
The American English would be "ER" (for "Emergency Room"). And while American ERs will try to collect from the patient or his/her insurance, by law they cannot refuse treatment of a genuine emergency due to an inability to pay (though they can try to pursue payment later, but that is often futile).longdog wrote: ↑Thu Jun 20, 2019 9:05 pm English English - "A&E": Somewhere you go when you are poorly and the dedicated staff will prioritise need and provide excellent treatment free of charge to whoever needs it. Yep. Covered in Random Freemanesque Babblings from idiots unable to sustain their own thread but because of a court order I cannot link you to the couple's appearance on Quatloos in The comedy court of Common Law thread.
Dreary Dave is straight in with the corrupt courts that I won't bother repeating.Hi people is there any one on here who knows about a charge order being put on your property with out you being notified
To which Suggsy reveals the path that left him in this situation.do you have one or about to have one??
Ok then. A few gaps there I suspect. It was an unsecured loan I.e. car finance the car set on fire so I refuse to pay the car was pick up by the investigators for the finance company waiting on it to go to court i remortgage my house and this is how I was made aware of this
But he only opens post that isn't in all caps.
If the matter hasn't been to court I suspect it's actually a Unilateral Notice rather than an actual charge, however he should still have been notified after it was registered.Craig Suggitt It was an unsecured loan I.e. car finance the car set on fire so I refuse to pay the car was pick up by the investigators for the finance company waiting on it to go to court i remortgage my house and this is how I was made aware of this
https://www.facebook.com/groups/practic ... 664270891/Tony grabbed a rubber mallet in defence as he was being attacked by 3/4 so called bailiff staff....he attemped to defend himself and a scuffle broke out, tony's Nephew attempted to wrestle one of them to the ground to defend his uncle....the fake police entered and used pepper spray on them both and took them to the ground beating them, tony had blood all over his face after the assault. They were both arrested (kidnapped) and taken away....I was forced to leave as well of course.

I informed them of their allegiance to the treasonous state and the EU etc and was mocked and threatened also...
Or it could be UK Asset Resolution who took over the mortgage books of Northern Rock and Bradford and Bingley. Over the years they have been selling off parts of the asset book. For example in 2017 they sold off the buy-to-let book to Prudential. In April this year they sold off more mortgages and unsecured loans to Citi. They have £8bn left to get rid off, down from the original liability of £116Bn.
