It's clear he co-habitats with Neelu (whether in the biblical sense or as a freeloader is yet to be determined), but he himself has not been a named party in recent eviction proceedings as far as I'm aware.

Valid point. But what I'm getting at is that if people really did come to section Edward, Neelu should have been present to observe it, and not have to rely on the term "apparently" to describe it.

I think it hints at Edward not being with Neelu at the time. Which would be welcome news, not just because Ellis can get much-needed treatment, but because it would infuriate Neelu. I suspect she doesn't take well to people not following her orders not to participate in health care remedy frauds.

It is possible that Excel Enforcement may have attended to sort out the changing of the locks and other matters to save on police resources, but they would have not been the people executing the warrant. That would be a police officer.

And our super qualified pharmacist makes a big deal out of EWE having a fistula connecting an artery to a vein. A minimal amount of Googling comes up with it being a a normal treatment for enabling hemodialysis. She is not just thick as mince, but a dangerous heap of mince if she's convinced him of a malevolent purpose.

There is also a case to be made of her obstructing the execution of a MHA 135(1) warrant as she clearly knows where the fugitive is. That's up to 3 months imprisonment and/or a £2,500 fine.

Also, as someone who isn't next of kin, she has no rights to bring any medical negligence claim or demand treatment.

No I'm with longdog - if it was Excel they were chasing money. Local cops would have a locksmith and/or joiner on hand to fix things. Although Neeloonie has never been wrong or exaggerated before.

That is true, however they also according to their web site provide ancillary services to central government departments and are quite proud of their employees all receiving mental health accreditation. All I said was that it was possible on the back of her being very specific in naming the company. If she was using her (up to now) generic evil bailiff company she would have said it was Marstons who have been the cause of all her ills up until now.

A post on Hoaxtead claims that EWE has handed himself in. There's been no corroboration yet.
