Or more accurately, it is O'Bonkers himself

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses
Well, this case is gonna get pretty interesting.
Define "interesting".
Oh God, oh God, we're all going to die?
Called the court. Some documentation is missing. The Judge is on leave, so the case needed to be rescheduled. Not quite the mistrial we have all been led to believe occurred.

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses
That seems likely. Something like this:
The Defendant: Sergeant, when you came to "support" the Bailiffs, did they have a warrant for possession? Was it signed by a judge in wet ink? Did it have a seal?
(Tobe Hayden Lee whispers something to The Defendant)
The Defendant: Sergeant, do you have the warrant here so we can see it? Or a copy?
Sergeant: That documentation is missing.
If the Judge is on leave, until the 11th, will the jury still be available? Or does the case have to start again?

Given that Crabbie has been given a warning about posting details, I suspect it is the former but I don't think it will make much difference. Maidstone Crown Court is only 1/3 full so it's availability of judges which is the bottleneck.
And also why I am sticking to only posting verifiable facts!

Slightly off topic, but curiosity got the best of me and I looked it up: crabs do not have a shell, it is a carapace.

Conceivably something needed before sentencing. Some documentation is missing.

Crabs don’t use straws, their claws cut right through them. Or are they pincers? Good lord, another mystery to solve...
Be a dear, Zeek, and say something useful for a change. Claws or pincers?

Don't rely on Zeek for a correct answer to a factual question. Try T. S. Elliot instead. He he answers your question in The Love-Song of J. Alfred Prufrock;

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses
So....
He'll still have lost his house, he'll still be bankrupt, he'll still have flushed his entire financial future down the toilet, he'll still have made a complete fool of himself in public for our amusement and he'll still be thrown out in the gutter again at some point in the near future. Probably the day after the case ends...
Not going the be a very big pie either way is it?

Re: Robert 'Crab Bait' White consents to losing his houses
Why is Zeek's identity still a "question"?
It's O'Bonkers. He's BFF with Crabbie at the moment hence his interest in this topic but he specifically said his sister now had clear title to her property as the aforementioned O'B has stated on the home of antisemites Facebook group.
Since the Land Registry title reference was mentioned in the case and she clearly doesn't have clear title to it right now, she could very well have clear title to "a property" but it isn't the one specified in the court case which had the mortgage paid in full and now appears to be owned by someone else.

Pardon me, but my question was about crab anatomy.

All the evidence suggests they have very thick heads and are incredibly stupid. The rich eat them up.

Crabs (and lobsters) live on the bottom of the sea and eat what sinks down to them. It has always been my philosophy never to eat anything associated with a fish's arse (this includes caviar*). So far, so good.

Yes, but he'll claim to be wholly indicated if this prosecution is withdrawn or acquitted. Standard Operating Procedure for FMOTL mugs, eg Tom Crawfraud, Wrecker Patel, various Michaels, Baron von Trampbeard etc. Lose everything, but then claim victory via some secondary matter (which does not restore their property). I suppose it's a necessary psychological defence for people who can't deal with facing their own stupidity.longdog wrote: ↑Sat Aug 31, 2019 7:53 amHe'll still have lost his house, he'll still be bankrupt, he'll still have flushed his entire financial future down the toilet, he'll still have made a complete fool of himself in public for our amusement and he'll still be thrown out in the gutter again at some point in the near future. All I want to know is when the Crab will be declared the new sovrun champion for exceeding the efforts of the Baron von Trampbeard? What exactly will Crabbie need to accomplish to show that he has plumbed new depths of freemanry? By moving into a dumpster?

Would Crabby be the champion if he lost two properties? Most everyone else had only one to lose. The Observer wrote: ↑Sun Sep 01, 2019 1:46 pm All I want to know is when the Crab will be declared the new sovrun champion for exceeding the efforts of the Baron von Trampbeard? On the other hand, Crabby could lose two properties and still have one or more left to live in, so he wouldn't be homeless like Ward and Patel.
