I'm rather taken by the fact that they've been holding Play Court sessions at Manchester Art Gallery. Could it be that the whole thing is going to be revealed as a conceptual art work? The Turner Prize certainly beckons if so!

If every individual who has confirmed their standing with the Common Law Court were to do so, we would have the funding available to appoint substantial numbers.
As it is, we have almost enough for a pint after dinner.

I feel like we should conditionally pledge some funds with no intention to pay, and have the CLC issue a judgement against us, and then send round their enforcement agents to collect. Could be fun...

First CLC court result rolling in from the weekend. Source being Iain Lee who posted to PLD earlier
Successful victory yesterday (22nd Sept) v 5G at the Common Law Court in Manchester.
I didn't see that coming! What happened?
Heads will roll. 5G is to be no more in the UK.
Its capital punishment now is it? When can we expect to read the court's judgement?
Summary will be published on commonlawcourt site, hopefully in next few days. Obviously you will hear nothing of this on mainstream media, so we need to publicise the result and spread far and wide, because NOTHING can trump Common Law. The people have spoken.
I'm doing my bit right here Iain!!!!

I wonder whether the CLC enforcement goons will dress up as BT engineers or Council officials in order to climb telegraph and lighting poles to smash up the hated 5G transmitters? Won't the poor darlings get their brains fried by the radiation?

Luke Chapman isn't too convinced;
Iain Lee are you one of these the world is flat guys?

My phones 5g and i havent caught cancer. I remember when everyone said the same about 4g when that was new and scary too.
Right back comes Iain;
Iain Lee wrote:Some would say our grandfathers fought for the right for you to be an imbecile :-) I'll say nothing.
But Luke makes what for PLD is quite a nuanced response;
Iain Lee some may. Others would say the same about you. However i also wore that uniform (albeit a more modern version) and fought for my own rights for my opinions... and fortunately for you, yours too.

Don't all be so negative. I have high hopes that they'll attain the same resounding success as Robert Menard's Canadian Common Corps of Peace Officers (C3PO),

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AmRjCRf ... dex=4&t=0s

Unfortunately Rob had a bit of a setback when he claimed to be a policeman based on his self-appointed C3PO status and was charged with the criminal offense of impersonating a peace officer. However your common law court gang, being scholars of true law, must have learned from past experiences like Menard's and have solid legal grounds allowing them to establish their own police force.
"Yes Burnaby49, I do in fact believe all process servers are peace officers. I've good reason to believe so." Robert Menard in his May 28, 2015 video "Process Servers".

Being of a certain vintage I know the mobile phone scares have been around for a couple of decades now.

I often peruse Usenet & found a thread about some Swiss 5G scares

https://techxplore.com/news/2019-09-hea ... evolt.html

This response sums it up quite well
Superstitious science.

3/4/5G antenna - microwatts from a mast, milliwatts from your phone - non ionising
No known health effects other than bulk heating effects at much higher energies

Sun - nearly 1kW/sqm (~ area of a person sunbathing), causes blindness when looked at, contains ionising radiation - principle cause of skin cancer especially for white people in sunny climates (e.g. Australia).
Further reading reveals that these pesky radio waves have been used as a treatment for decades, RF Diathermy anyone?

That pesky Radiotherapy also gave my mother an extra few months when cancer spread to her brain. If only she'd taken coconut oil, tumeric & collodial silver it never would have got to that stage though.

I thought an offence under Common Law required an injured party, alias corpus delicti.

You are right it does. It’s a central pillar of CLC dogma. Until that is the CLC (the final verdict of which is final and cannot be appealed) finally decides it does not.

I would imagine the CLC will be holding an emergency hearing some time today to overturn this morning's decision of The Supreme Court.

I wonder if Bozza has their email address :-D
